Ideal location for visiting Bozeman and Yellowstone. The unit was clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed for cooking in. The views out the back of Mt. Ellis were magical!

Great location, close to downtown and local trails right out the door. Well appointed, clean, comfortable. The cleaning fee was high, making the stay more expensive than it appears in the listing, but still a good price for a great place in Bozeman.

Little Cottage is an intimate clean environment with a stunning view. The stairs being rubber is incredibly helpful since there are a lot of stairs and you can run up them easier with less possibility of slipping. The kitchen has limited but just enough of what you may need, we truly only used the refrigerator, coffee machine and dishes. Each meal was eaten out. Little cottage is located in near the highway but far enough that you do not hear the hwy. There is a local grocery near by that has a variety of goods, definitely co-op style with some popular brands. I could see us reserving again if we are in Bozeman.

We were blown away with how clean this place was. It was spacious and beautiful. Had two oversized walk in showers with a powder room on the main floor and two nice sized bedrooms with soft comfortable beds. It is on a quiet street. It also had an office space. Our travel group wished we had stayed there longer. This was the best stay on our entire week trip across multiple states. Only struggle was for shorter people some of the hooks in bathrooms and dishes etc were hard to reach.

We notified the host that the previous tenants trash was strung across the yard on the first morning we were there. I am guessing bears did that. She offered nothing other than for us to not put any more trash out there. We cleaned up the other tenants trash and kept theirs and ours the entire 5 days we were there. We also notified the host on the first morning that for the 4 of us in our party, we only had 2 washcloths. She offered to bring us some but not until 4th day of our 5 day stay. We declined and washed the wash cloths each day.On our last night in Bozeman, I contacted the host to find out if there were any additional instructions she had for us other than the ones in the kitchen which said, start the dishwasher. She said, "yes, put a load of towels on too", so we did.The day we checked out, the owner contacted me accusing us of breaking her step. She told me we paid for insurance so don't worry about it, it would be covered. The top step was loose and we saw it when we checked in. We avoided it throughout our stay. She later messaged back "sorry", the cleaning people told her it was like that previously. The property was beautiful, clean and we felt very safe. The view was awesome and we enjoyed our stay. However, the host was not helpful and even rude in accusing us of damaging her property without knowing the facts. We have stayed in many VRBO rentals previously, but this is the first time the host was not helpful or a pleasure to work with.

We are sincerely sorry that your stay was less than enjoyable. There are many bears in downtown Bozeman and they have been a nuisance and have been getting into all trash cans on the streets. Thank you for your efforts in helping protect the bears and keeping your trash in the garage. There was a communication breakdown between me and my cleaning staff. After many photos of the damaged stair, the cleaning crew called and explained it was installed improperly. I apologized within 10 minutes of sending the first message. It's also my fault we did not provide enough washcloths. This isn't our norm, as we strive to provide an excellent experience for each guest. We sincerely apologize for letting you down.

Stayed here for 5 days with my family. The place is spaceous, clean, and well equipped. It was quiet and peaceful. Perfect for a getaway in Bozeman.

Bozeman/Big Sky/Yellowstone weekend

Awesome unit for our group of 4! Updated and modern living that was only 5 minute uber/drive into town, 1 hour drive to Big Sky Resort, and 2 hour drive to West Yellowstone park entrance. It had everything we needed for our stay, 10/10 recommend

Great location and amenities

We combined a weekday business trip with a funfilled MSU Bobcat weekend. It was a superb location (minutes from downtown and MSU), really clean, great amenities, comfortable beds, large rooms and cute patios. Had everything we needed. Would highly recommend and will try and book this property for all of our visits. The value was unbelievable!!!!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is very well appointed, with two large bedrooms, amazing showers, and an open living space with lots of space for people to spread out. There is a great office if someone needed to do some remote work, all the tvs have airplay capabilities, and the views out the back are just gorgeous! Also located close to downtown and convenient to lots of great outdoor activities. We definitely need to return!
