Comfortable and beautiful home. We saw plenty of wildlife outside the many windows in the home. Very well stocked with everything you’ll need to make your stay easy and stress free. Also probably the cleanest vacation property I’ve ever stayed in. You won’t regret booking at Hidden Hills Retreat in LaCrosse!

Fabulous stay

Stayed here for the State Track meet. The hosts were fantastic to work with and even helped us with a team meal at a local restaurant. Highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful Retreat!

This property was immaculate with high end decor and bedding. Many rooms to comfortably sleep and the beds were dreamy. Spectacular views and many lovely places to relax and enjoy the scenery. Conveniently located yet feels secluded. We will definitely be booking this property again.

Amazing Stay!

We had such an amazing experience staying here! The owners were very responsive and helpful! The space was absolutely beautiful and everything was SO CLEAN! They thought of everything from wonderful shampoo and conditioner down to toddler eating utensils - seriously, they had it all! The location is only a couple minutes from town but yet we still saw lots of wild life right out the windows! Highly recommend staying at this location!

Wonderful home!

This home is beautiful with spectacular views! Our group, friends since college in the 70’s, have traveled extensively and never enjoyed as many amenities as we had at Hidden Hill Retreat. The closet of towels, the well appointed kitchen, the comfortable beds, the lovely bathrooms, the ping pong table, the outdoor decks, all made our stay super comfortable! A wonderful getaway to make new memories!

Wonderful in every way!

The Hidden Hill Retreat was one of the best places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed to feel at home. We were surrounded by woods and we loved having the opportunity to observe the birds and animals as we sat on the decks. Shopping and restaurants were close by as well. Communication with the hosts was exceptional. We would highly recommend this wonderful home.

Where to begin

Excellent Weekend!

Had a wonderful weekend with my wife at this beautiful property! Perfectly located just a few miles outside of LaCrosse that makes you feel like you secluded but you are just a few miles from the city. The property was better in person than the pics online. Very clean and well kept. The little touches in the interior decoration were spectacular. Can’t wait to go back in the summer to see the bluffs in full bloom! Thank you Tiffany for a special couples weekend and for all the recommendations and great communication over the last four weeks!

Wonderful space for a family holiday gathering

My family had a very lovely holiday stay at this spot! We loved the quiet, wooded location, and there were plenty of bedrooms and spaces for everyone to spread out- great for our group of 8! Just the right mix of newly-renovated areas and a sturdy kitchen stocked with great cookware. The common areas are spacious but still cozy, with thoughtful touches throughout. And a bonus kindness- I forgot my cooking spices in the kitchen as we were packing up and Tiffany is going to mail them to me. That's above and beyond. Thanks much!

Beautiful home for relaxing

Our family, five siblings and their spouses, meet annually for a 4-day vacation. This year we selected “Hidden Hills” in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The home is spotless and very well appointed. Most meals we ate in, and there were plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, Weber gas grill, etc. The decorating throughout is top notch, and beds are comfortable with good quality linens. All of the bathrooms are spotless and expertly tiled. Communication with the host was fast and easy. All 10 of us concluded that it was an A+ experience. Thank-you from all of us!

My family stayed in this house for our son's wedding weekend. He got married at Celebrations and the house was within their shuttle bus radius. The location is beautiful. The dining table was set up for ten people to sit comfortably on chairs around it, with an amazing view of the bluff. There was a large den on the lower level with a full bath which is where we hung out to watch football on the giant screen TV. The bathrooms were immaculate with everything you need found in the drawers if you forgot something. There were small washcloths in both black, for makeup removal, and white for showering - this is a nice touch and a big deal for me. We used the outdoor gas grill and would have been outside on the patio if not for the rain. The kitchen was fully stocked for ten people with high end appliances and a gas stove. There is a set of several stairs going up to the main house so it would be difficult for a person with mobility issues to navigate, but the lower level does have a pull-out sofa bed if needed. Hidden Hill Retreat is an amazing stay in the LaCrosse area. My family of 10 enjoyed a long weekend here and fell in love with the house. The host is proactive, communicative, and very helpful. Check in was smooth and easy, and the home was beautiful, organized, and clean. The property was also stocked with everything we needed from plenty of kitchen supplies, bedding, pillows, soaps and bathroom products, etc. The beds were comfy and space was plentiful. We enjoyed meals with beautiful views from the windows and chats outside on the patio. We hope to return again and would definitely recommend this stay to others!

This is a stunningly beautiful home. It is decorated like a home out of House Beautiful with lovely decor and artwork. The kitchen is well stocked and the dining room table is large enough for all guests, sharing a meal or a game. The beds were so comfortable and the linens of very high quality. It felt like we were in a mountain resort. We were treated to a firefly show out the floor to ceiling windows on our last night! Hopefully we can return.

We loved our stay at Hidden Hill with our family. This was our 2nd stay here for a family reunion in the area and it was just as great as our first stay. We love this house so much that we added extra days to our stay before and after the reunion. This is a beautiful clean house with lots of room to move about. It has everything you need. It's so great that all the bedrooms are on the first floor. We hope to return again for a 3rd stay! Thank you for your hospitality!
