New 2024 Listing. Located in Canterbury Court in Kingston Plantation Resort, this 2 br / 2 ba villa has an open floor plan. It features free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps) and linens included.

Kingston Plantation Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Canterbury Court is a subdivision within Kingston Plantation Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

Perfect Kingston location

The place was as advertised with plenty of room for 4. It is convenient to the beach and pools and walkable to the market are on Kings Road.

All appliances were adequate and in good working order. Any request to the maintenance department was quick and professional handled. We have already reserved this unit for next year.

Excellent location. Property was very nice - including kitchen and bedrooms - very spacious. Proximity to beach and golf was exceptional. Suggestion would be to change out the chairs in living room to something more comfortable

Quiet and Comfortable

Very clean and spacious multi-level condo, very quiet as there is nobody on top of you, three private entrances, patio and balcony, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, less then half a mile to the beach. You can walk to the beach or drive and park by the beach. The beach is very clean, lots of restaurants on the premises. Tons of shopping nearby. Very family friendly atmosphere.

Quiet, near beach AND pool, near family fun!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was perfect for 2 adults, 2 teens and a toddler. Place was a short walk to the pool, tiny drive to the beach, and an extremely short drive to family fun! Parking was super easy, kitchen was equipped, beds were comfy, enough shower towels for all and they even had helpful hints on cable and lights. Super fast to respond. I stayed here on a Sunday - Monday during high travel season…

Nice location within walking distance to the beach.

Kingston is a very nice community with beautiful landscaping. There is easy access to stores, restaurants, entertainment and the beach. The villa is designed in a unique way with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the bottom floor and the living area upstairs. A bit of a challenge for older folk. If looking for a weekly or daily rental, the property is well equipped.

Nice community but too expensive

The community was nice, but the house wasn’t very clean. The floors needed a good sweep and mop. The price was a little high, in my opinion for the amenities.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Canterbury Court has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful surroundings and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the quiet, park like setting while doing nothing and sipping a beautiful cup of tea.
