Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was immaculately clean. The decorations were bright and cheerful. If you have children you may want to note that the decking around the pool is uneven and the lofted bedroom with twin beds is scary for kids to use as they would have to descend the steep stairs/ladder. The upper bedroom would probably be suited to ages 13+. These were not major issues for us - we all stayed on the main floor with two bedrooms. The location is lovely - just far enough away from the business area to feel peaceful but close enough to walk or bike. There is a short beach path and a wagon is provided - the beach is absolutely beautiful. Overall we were very happy with our stay and had everything we needed.

Nice getaway

House was great for our short trip. Having are own pool was fantastic and the short walk to the beach was great. Loved St. George Island. We can’t wait to come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying in this house, the week was amazing. The house was clean and we had no issues. The beach wagon was an added bonus this time. I lovecthis house and pool. The proximity to the beach is also great since I am a morning and evening beach walker. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is the perfect size for our small family of 3 adults. While it could do with some updating, everything was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool is THE BEST thing about the house! We spent alot of time in it and loved the size and how deep it was.

Older Nice House But Needs Attention Soon

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The lay out of the house was perfect but has some ceiling leaking issues. Had to place bowls around to catch the dripping water from raining. It appears to have been doing it for some time, the paint was peeling in a lot of places on the ceiling and was discolored.
