Great weekend getaway

Excellent location

In spite of being on a busy road, the house felt secluded and quiet. Exactly as shown in pictures. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of room for 4 people.

A perfect home away from home

My sister and I were in town for a concert and sightseeing and booked this getaway. The location is very nice and the cottage is amazing. Irene and Yemi greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcomed. They are amazing hosts, very responsive! If I return to the Atlanta area, I will definitely stay here again!

Weekend Stay

Property was well located in Snellville. Not too far from main shopping area. Host was very responsive to inquiries and was a great communicator. House is small but suitable for up to 3-4 guests but, only because of the single bath. It can sleep more than 4 guests comfortably. This house shares a driveway with a larger house which, may be the owner's house but, the property is quiet and private.

Very very nice!

The apartment was very very clean and very easy to find. My only suggestions would be to put a binder or folder in the apartment with the check out process and stuff to do nearby and restaurant recommendations and make the apartment feel a lot more homey (more decor especially in the bedrooms) the upstairs bedroom was just a bed, nothing else and to make the doors close and lock, none of the doors (bedrooms or bathroom) latched closed or locked. This stay was overall wonderful! Thank you!

Fantastic stay but
..

Place was beautiful and clean. We were nervous to find it was a converted garage that is close to the main house. But the inside of the home and cleanliness surpassed any indifferences. Unfortunately the only thing keeping me from giving this a full 5 stars is the bed in the master. The mattress was too soft for our liking, but the chief complaint is the bed frame. It is incredibly squeaky and impossible to share when one is a restless sleeper. Besides that, it was an excellent stay.

The PERFECT accomadations!

This was the PERFECT little house for my mother, sister, and I on our girl's trip. First, the property owner was amazing. Communication was excellent and she was very friendly. Next, the house itself was fabulous. The location made us feel safe and it was easy to find. GPS took us right to it. Upon entering, it was immaculately clean when we arrived. You will have everything you need. There was a small coffee bar stock for us to enjoy. The towels are nice quality. There are cooking utensils for you to use. The fridge had complementary water. The beds were comy (there are 3). You have a smart tv that you can use your streaming services with. All around just a great place. We felt at home. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be staying there again if we are ever up that way.

Perfect cozy little house

Perfect size house with so many thoughtful touches. It was only my son and myself but a family of 4 would be comfortable too. Yemi and Irene were great at communication and so kind when our flights were delayed and we were going to arrive much later into the night than expected. The beds were comfortable. It was so nice to have waters and coffee available when we arrived and hadn’t been able to shop. The TV is only for streaming which was fine with us, as we have plenty of options to stream. WiFi worked great to work remotely when I needed to. The kitchen had all the essentials to make our stay easy. I appreciated the binder with instructions and recommendations. The property is quiet (unless it’s New Year’s Eve- but it is the entire town shooting off fireworks lol) and parking was simple. I appreciated Irene coming over to meet me in person the next day after our arrival. That’s adds a nice touch. Overall, we were comfortable and very pleased with our stay and will definitely book again if we come back to the area.

Getaway in Snellville

The location was fantastic. Secluded enough but close enough to food and fun. The host was very slow at responding to emails. Information about check in was very last minute. Did not answer all my questions that I emailed. And the phone number listed in VRBO did not belong to the current host.The place was ok. We’ve definitely stayed in better, but it served the purpose. The shower is awful!!! 2’x2’. When you have claustrophobic tendencies, this shower is a trigger. And the shower curtain liner had mildew stains and the curtain itself had nasty build up on the bottom. And you couldn’t even get the curtain shut all the way. The mirror in the bathroom is low.The temperature was difficult to keep consistent. It was surprisingly cold in the open area but would get super hot in the bedroom. Pretty wooded area behind the property. To improve this VRBO, it would be nice if it had a dishwasher. The size of the kitchen does not permit that. It just would be nice because the pans and utensils were not very clean. We had to clean everything before we used it. No ice machine or ice trays in the freezer. We had to go buy a bag. The mattresses are very hard. Investing in a mattress that isn’t direct coils would be better. It was like sleeping directly on a box spring. The closet in the downstairs bedroom isn’t finished. Not a big deal to us, but that would improve the place. Some mudding and paint goes a long way. It was affordable. But you get what you pay for.

We loved the cozy home for our 7-day stay. The property is tucked into a peaceful and beautiful yard and driveway away from the street. The home has a deck that was wonderful to sit on and enjoy the outdoors. However, in need of a patio chairs and a bbq would be bonus. The home had everything we needed including plenty of towels and kitchenware. The coffee and hot chocolate bar was used daily and appreciated!! Thank you so much for having us at your property! Highly recommend.

Probably a Nice Stay

This was my first difficult communication experience with STRs, I could not get the host to clearly state that meeting at check-in was a requirement, the check in process stated "we prefer to meet", after repeatedly trying to get clarification, the host cancelled the booking the day of check-in and I had to take that as an answer. I thought it was a silly amount of back and forth and hassle to get a simple direct answer so that I could plan accordingly.
