Ta dig ner i den varma och fridfulla omgivningen i vårt rymliga 2 sovrum, 3 badrum hem, bara steg för den vackra floden Yachats. Heron House är en välkomnande fristad för dina romantiska resor, familjesemestrar, återföreningar eller retreater. Vi kan rymma ytterligare personer om de är 5 eller yngre. Interiören har naturliga träbjälkar och katedraltak, takfönster, Kashmir-mattor, frodiga handdukar och färgglada täcken. Vi är stolta över att ge våra gäster ett rent, välmöblerat och miljövänligt fritidshus.

Njut av vår uppvärmda pool som är öppen säsongsmässigt 1 juli - Labor Day. Året runt Tennisbanor och lekplats finns nära poolen förutom en eldstad för rostning av smores.

Men vår försäkring täcker inte följande raser: Akita, Chow, American Staffordshire Terrior, Presa Canario Pit Bull, Rottweiller, Doberman, Wolf Hybrid ELLER NÅGON HUND SOM ÄR EN blandning som inkluderar en eller flera av dessa raser. Hundar måste också vara kvar i koppel när som helst utomhus.

Repeat Happiness

This is the third time I have stayed at Heron house with family or friends. As always the home was welcoming and perfectly appointed to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing.

This was our second stay at Heron House and we loved it just as much as our first visit. The house is well appointed with comfortable beds, a large dining room table, and a new comfy couch in the living room. It’s cozy but with plenty of space to spread out. The many window seat nooks are perfect for curling up with a book or afternoon naps. Quiet Water neighborhood is as described; quiet, serene and peaceful overlooking the Yachats River. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Very nice layout, especially for families with children.Great sleeping spaces. Only real disappointment is that we didn't' know that the pool was closed Tues/Wed every week, which was most of our trip!

It would have been nice to know the neighbors were remodeling their house; the kitchen light was inoperable and the remote control was dead. we went and got batteries.

Great location, wonderful home

This is one of the best appointed homes we have ever stayed in. True “home kitchen” with every appliance needed and in perfect working order. And that is true for every single one of the rooms in this home. Best of the best!

Quiet and peaceful stay

Overall, a nice place to stay. Short walk into town. The listing should be updated: really just a 1 bedroom house with dedicated walls. The other bedroom is loft style that is not as private as some people would want, especially if a large group of people are staying. Very quiet and comfortable. A bit dated style wise if that’s important to you. I would recommend this listing to my family and friends.

Granny Girls getaway

The Heron House served as the perfect homelike base for our holiday get together with two generations of friends and family. This was my second stay in this charming we’ll appointed cabin on the Yachats River and it won’t be my last. I have only one suggestion to improve convenience and perhaps safety. Most of the electrical sockets in the original part of the cabin are worn and in need of replacements. It was often tricky to charge phones etc and we found it necessary to prop charger receptacle in place to keep them plugged in.

peaceful cozy home

We have stayed here many times and appreciate so many things about Heron House -- the cozy feeling, the well-equipped kitchen, the proximity to the Yachats River, the swimming pool, and the quick walk to the beach. We look forward to visiting many more times.

Great use of floor space

Great sleeping options for our party of 8. Kids slept in bay window beds and adults had the bedrooms. Great layout, 3 bathrooms was very nice. Close to town, river and bay. Would stay here again

Wé had a fantastic stay at Heron House. The house was extremely comfortable for two families with teenagers. We had plenty of room to spread out, but the common space was ample, also. Thank you!

We loved our stay. The house was like staying with your hippy aunt, in a good way. BUT the hot tub and swimming pool were inaccessible. The building where they were housed was locked. These amenities should be removed from your listing.

Great family spot

We enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. Kitchen and oven were a bit on the small side, but the overall house was spacious and had a large family room upstairs in addition to the downstairs living room. Location was also within walking distance of town and the 804 trail. Would stay here again!

I love staying at Quiet Waters, and Heron House was a great spot. We always see a good variety of birds along the river, as well as the occasional otter. Having a snuggly house with a fireplace to return to after our outdoor adventures was lovely.

Nice getaway

The property was well maintained and in a quiet area still walking distance to the beach and main area of Yachats. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely return in the future.

River front house?

While billed as river front & located next to the water, you could hardly even see the river because it was so grown up along the perimeter of the river. That made great difficulty in trying to fish. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay. The house was fine & the weather was beautiful.

Very nice property, relaxing and fit us ages 83,79, 5&7!!

Nice clean property, well stocked, loved the wood throughout the house, reminded us of homes and cabins where we grew up in Upper Michigan! Only thing was a bit confusing was finding the house, found the garage parking number right away though so didn't take long. Thanks for sharing wonderful home with us!!
