Detta fritidshus ligger i Kastela, bara 200 meter från stranden och bara några minuters bilresa från Split flygplats, nära vackra nationalparker, Unesco-platser, öar och stränder. En idealisk plats att koppla av och njuta av havet. Huset erbjuder allt för en trevlig semester och är lämplig för flera familjer eller stora grupper på grund av dess storlek. Det finns 7 sovplatser, en stor pool, en stor täckt terrass, lekutrustning för barn, en utomhusgrill, en egen vinkällare, en bastu, fitnessutrustning och ett biljardrum. Villan rymmer 14 + 2 gäster.

Utanför hittar du en privat pool, stora terrasser med lekutrustning för barnen och en trevlig lounterrass med grill. Inuti finns totalt 7 sovrum, en vinkällare med nöjesområde och ett litet spaområde med bastu, fitnessutrustning och biljard.

Bo- och sovrummen ligger på de tre översta våningarna. Varje familj eller fest kan njuta av sin integritet. För fler sovmöjligheter kan du använda två bäddsoffor, kapaciteten ökar upp till 16 personer. Alla rum är luftkonditionerade och huset har trådlöst internet.

Glorious residence!

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Absolutely perfect place that’s got everything you need. We came as a group of 13 (8 adults and 5 toddlers) and it was perfect - lots of communal space, big rooms, plenty of outdoor space and terraces/ balconies, a pool, a games room and sauna. There are beautiful beaches a 5min walk away too – and to top it off the hosts were so helpful and accommodating too. I couldn’t recommend more!

Great stay!

I stayed here for my hen do with a group of 12 people and the villa exceeded everyone’s expectations. It is plenty big enough for a large group, and it is kept in pristine condition - there is nothing we could’ve changed or improved about Klaudija’s place. The host provides a minibus service at your request into split for a very competitive rate and the family was always happy to accommodate us. Thankyou so much for the best stay, and to anyone thinking about booking this villa do not hesitate! You will not be disappointed x

Brilliant service!

Klaudija's checking and arrival information was brilliant. We were then handed over to the family who own the house, Ivana and Anté who were incredible. Taxis for all 13 were organised easily and quickly whenever we needed them, and we were able to check in early and start our holiday from the moment we landed! the house is also incredible, truly 5* hotel but all to yourself! thank you for a wonderful trip 🙏

Great stay!

Great house for a big group, and a pleasant, quiet location away from the crowds. The highlight of our visit was a cruise for the day - our boat picked us up near the house rather than in super busy Split.

Extraordinary journey!

Clean, very big, lots of areas to relax. Great for big groups with having two kitchens and living rooms. Games room and sauna in the basement is also a nice bonus.

A great villa for a large family group

An ideal house for a special family occasion for a large group (in our case 8 adults and 8 small children!). The accommodation and facilities were superb and the kids had a great time every day in the pool Ivana and Ante were great!

Extraordinary journey!

We had the best stay, the pool, games room and sauna was amazing. The accommodation itself was huge, two kitchen fully equipped, so much chilling space, inside and out also the great big beds. Would definitely recommend to stay here and my group will most definitely book again!

Extraordinary journey!

Ivana’s villa was absolutely stunning, we had plenty of room for a big group and plenty of things to do within the villa. Ivana was also extremely helpful and responsive whenever we messaged. The location was great as there was a nearby supermarket as well as the beach. A 15-20 min walk along the beach took you to amazing and well-priced restaurants. Would 100% recommend to any big groups 😊

Brilliant service!

Our stay at this Kaštel Lukšić house was absolutely perfect! The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. The house is fantastic, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great time and the location is great, with sea views and not far from the city by car. I will absolutely be staying there again if I come to Split. 100% recommend!!!

Great stay!

We had an amazing stay at the villa. Klaudija text me the day of our flight to see what time we’d check in and whether we’d need food provided as we were arriving late. The vill was incredible, such a beautiful and clean space which was perfect for our large group. We love the pool area and the location. We had to message the host a couple of times about a tripped fuse/hot water, but they replied really quickly so everything was sorted easily. We’ll definitely be booking again

Brilliant service!

Great place for a family / group holiday - the games room is an absolute winner! The villa is extremely spacious and the acoustic insulation is great, so it’s very quiet at night. It was a perfect place, thank you Klaudja and your team for the time in the villa, it was an absolute pleasure. Flexible check in and check out it allowed us to have one worry less during our stay. Special place!

Great host and villa. With 13 friends in total we had a great and wonderful time. Everything was there and there were even drinks already cold in the fridge. Supermarket and beach are very close (5 min walk) and even places to eat. Only bad thing was the distance from Split centre, but even with all the Ubers and taxis it was easy to arrange and get in Split in 22 minutes. Very spacious villa with mutiple floors.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

I stayed here with a group of 13 friends and we have been so happy with our choice. This is a beautiful villa in a great location. There are local marinas and beaches that are a quick walk away and you have Split just down the road. The villa is spacious with a great pool and a lot of things to do inside (table football, pool, table tennis, gym, sauna etc.). The hosts are friendly, polite and great in terms of communication. They quickly replied to any questions that we had and were a pleasure to deal with for check-in and check-out. Would highly recommend.

Above expectations

We had the honour to stay here with a couple of friends. The size and facilities of the villa were a lot better than we expected. The location is also great as you are only 15 - 20 minutes from Split centre away. There were also 6 bikes available to explore the neighbourhood and to go to the supermarket. The host was also excellent. If you need anything they will arrange it for you. Would definitely go back here.
