Oceanfront building and gorgeous Bay views! Newly renovated

Welcome to Beach Hour! Located conveniently for those who have a passion for the beach. Take the elevator and find yourself just a couple minutes from the beach, or enjoy any of the 3 heated pools, comfy and quiet library, and 2 fitness rooms! The bright and open floor plan will allow maximum relaxation and a real feel for luxury for the entire family!
Just off the dining area (Seats 6) you will have access to a wide private balcony overlooking partial views of the bay and ocean.
The primary bedroom offers a king size bed and private bath, and the second bedroom is set up with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds as well as the third bedroom. Primary room is equipped with a large flat screen TV, and tasteful beach decor to ensure everyone can enjoy their favorite program in comfort after a long day in the sun!
The gourmet style kitchen offers lots of counterspace for preparing meals, beautiful large cabinets along with a bar top with 3 extra seats for dining!
The storage closet located in the parking garage will be available for your convenience to store away any beach items.

Beds: 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 2 Twin bunk sets.

PLEASE NOTE: THE SANCTUARY PLANS TO OPEN ITS POOLS MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND THROUGH LABOR DAY WEEKEND. THE CONDO ASSOCIATION HAS THE RIGHT TO CLOSE THE POOLS AT ANY TIME AND WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTROL THIS. COULD BE CONSTRUCTION, WEATHER, REPAIRS, ETC. PLEASE NOTE: This condominium complex does all work during the off season.

Fun, sun, and many memories made!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here five years ago for our honeymoon and we returned this year with our daughter and My Husband‘s family. Not only was it as amazing as we remembered it, but it was even better being able to share it with so many people we had people with us that aged from four years old clear up to 70 years old and it was so much fun for everybody. Our condo was clean and everything we needed was readily available to us, and the staff was very kind I cannot recommend this place enough. We are excited to return again hopefully next year perfect place for family to make amazing memories year after year.

Absolutely Amazing!!

We recently adopted a baby boy and stayed at this wonderful property while waiting for paperwork to clear. The property management team heard about this and brought us a care package for our little one. This meant so much to us! We had a fantastic visit. This was a great property and perfect for a new little one. There were all the necessities in the property. I think we will stay here again!

Beautiful condo and area

Our family of 7 stayed and really had a wonderful week. We had a bit of challenge opening the door, and the floors were a bit dirty, but the condo was large and spacious. We had issues with the main tv but they were resolved. Management was very responsive. The 3 pools were great and we even grilled out by the pool. I used the fitness center and it was pretty good commercial equipment. The beach was amazing and it was really great. My wife and I liked the serenity, but the in laws didn’t like being 15-20 min away from commercial properties (restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc). Jose Tequilas restaurant was fair prices and good food. I felt like we got our moneys worth from the cost.

Great location, lovely amenities

We loved that the condo was situatued at the end of the beach, just between the beach, North Bay and the wildlife refuge. Two super close (1 min walk and 4 min walk) and very good restaurants, one swim up bar with snacky food and drinks. One pool was sadly closed and wish we knew that before we arrived, but 2 others were opened. The library that is mentioned is inaccessible. The elevators were not working for a couple days and that was very hard on the elders we had with us. But they got fixed, as did our sliding glass door and our front door keypad. The unit itself was great. Spacious and lovely. The kitchen was good, cleaning crew should definitely take inventory because they need things like proper knives and clean pans, matching Tupperware lids and containers. The balcony had a view of the bay and a little view, if u stretch your neck, of the ocean. Easy to get to ocean, though. And a great beach. Overall, just fine.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Parking tight, caution for suv owners. Exterior dirty and in need of maintenence. Which they were apparently doing everymorning we were there at 7am...even in the 4th of July, running lifts all day painting and replacing siding. Constant beeps for the entire day, ending around 5pm. Condo itself had old comfortable beds, dust everywhere, and needed some paint. Swim up bar never opened as advertised. Also view of both bay and ocean was only if you stuck your head out of the balcony to look to left or right.

Great location, improvement needed for the resort

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort is right on the beach. There was an amazing, super clean restaurant in the building called Jose Tequila's. Great food, good prices. Our unit was grubby on arrival. Everything looked great design wise, but was mediocre for cleanliness. I don't know the last time the floors had been mopped well, but our feet turned black if we walked around barefoot. Someone smeared streaks and dirt all over the bedroom mirror when cleaning it. There was construction going on, so we woke every day at 8am to the sound of beeping equipment.. for hours. The website shows a pool with a swim up bar/ restaurant. The pool was open, the restaurant bar was not. We were told it may not open this season. This resort is on a quiet beach. It is family oriented, right next to a pier and state park. Again.. GREAT location, the mgmt should step it up on the location and cleanliness.

Family. Vacation

Reviewer Comments: We occupied two 3 bedroom condos, the one was very updated , the other was ok.They were ready earlier than the 4:00 check in time and clean. The one condo, B237, needs some updating, the refrigerator was rusty and the oven took a very long time to heat up.they both were pretty well stocked with utensils and ands all appliances.I think the renters should be given more cards to swipe to enter the building, our condo had key pad witch was very convenient, B 424 did not.

Reviewer Comments: Real nice property only problem we had was the pools weren't open and unfortunately that is a huge part of what my family does on vacation. Posting says pools open on memorial day and they didn't and summing in the ocean wasn't an option either because of crazy to tides. My family had a very frustrating vacation experience this year that could have been remedied with a pool. We paid too much money to have a mediocre vacation.

Great place to stay

Next time would stay oceanfront, but this was a good location for such a large complex. Only thing that would have made it better would have been to have had "onsite" parking for 3 for this size condo, or, have the ability to purchase a pass. Since we were off season there was plenty of parking, but we still had to park in the public lot a block over.

Nice place for the price

We stayed for 7 days and overall had a good time. There were some issues with our stay. The property issues were, hot tubs were not working and 1 pool had issues most of the time. The "game room" was non existent, the gym had no sanitizing supplies and you were not able to access the library. Great parts were, the checkin process was super easy, local restaurants were great!, the beach was clean, the gym was nice, the location was wonderful and everyone was helpful and friendly. Small issues with our unit were, the drier in our unit did not work, there was no abiloity to set the deadbolt and the place although clean seemed like it was rushed through and we bought supplies and cleaned up ourselves. The Great parts were the beds were comfortable, the fridge, AC and stove worked well.

Relaxing family beach vacation

Ocean Sands was a great company to do business with. The condo was clean and stocked with any and everything, such as board games, linens, towels and kitchenware. The condo was on the beach, had a pool, playground close by, and two restaurants in close proximity . The first day on arrival is a little overwhelming- trying to find the assigned parking spot and finding the room for the first time. But after that it is enjoyable.

Our stay was wonderful the location was fabulous the access to the beach was excellent the only problem was that we did not know that the pools were not open yet and the ocean was too cold with the babies to stay there so the only problem we had was that I didn’t know the pools were not yet open so I should’ve done better research on that but everyone was wonderful the accommodations were just perfect
