Our house comfortably sleeps 6 guests with 1 king size bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen size bed, and two single beds.
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, Toaster, and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!

You have full and total access of our home during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked kitchen!

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Located just minutes from the freeway, this home has easy access to the major metropolitan areas of Dallas and Fort Worth.

We have exterior cameras on both the front door, back door, and over the driveway.

Trash collection is every Monday and Thursday (with recycle only on Thursday), if your stay happens to fall on a Sunday - Tuesday or Wednesday - Friday then we would love it if you could put the garbage cans out on the street the night before and return them after they get emptied the next day.

Unfortunately not the best stay.

Property was very much just a income generator for the hosts. Walls had holes in the walls, random cords going thru the walls, and trash still in the bin outside from previous guests. There was a strange power cord coming out of the wall that was powering something, but I could never find out what it was. AC in the property didn’t work properly and the home was warm all day. It only cooled off in the early morning hours. Hosts had it set to automatically set itself to 78 degrees unless manually changed every few hours. They had a portable unit set up in the living room, but it was loud and obnoxious. Even the oscillating fans they put in the kids rooms didn’t help, and one of them was broken. The water in the master bath could not be controlled normally. It was either too hot or too cold. It was not able to be set to a normal warm temperature. Property had a list of rules that frankly was ridiculous and impacted our ability to feel at home.

We love the experience AirBNB has provided being able to stay in a full sized home with all the amenities of a home that a hotel can't provide. Currently we are helping homeowners from around the area manage their investment properties / vacation rentals by welcoming guests into their homes through our property management business, Nate's Suite Stays. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and handle all the logistical work that goes into managing short term rentals.
