The second bedroom has also a King Size bed, while the third bedroom has a Queen Size bed, one TV Set each, large closets, and they share the second bathroom.

All furnishings and decorations are high quality and details oriented. Lots of windows and natural light when needed. All windows are equipped with ellegant sunshades or blackouts.

The bathrooms are large and comfortable and generally speaking the unit is equipped with all the amenities that will make you feel at home in this piece of hidden Paradise, including s Dolce Gusto coffee machine, so please bring your favourite coffee flavour capsules.

The rooftop is absolutely amazing, being furnished and equipped with a bathroom and a barbeque, where you would only need to bring your preferred meat cuts and the needed coal or briquettes and enjoy a dinner al Fresco while admiring the lovely sea view.
Also, the Rooftop and the swimming-pool area offer complimentary, fiber optic WiFi for our guest's comfort.

One step outside the main gate, you will see the beach to your left, just one block away, so follow the sandy path to the sea.

***We are Pet friendly, but not for free, and there is a 30USD Pet Fee you must pay in cash to the security staff if you want to bring along your furry friend. Only 1 pet per unit allowed by the Condo Rules***

⚠️ Important Notice About the Pool

From June 2nd to June 21st, the pool area will be temporarily out of service due to scheduled maintenance by the building administration. The work will include chipping, sealant application, Chukum finish, and cleaning, all part of an effort to improve the facilities and enhance your future experience.
