Beautiful place and so functional

Stayed with 9 girls. Able to move around and lounge around with a lot of space. The decor was beautiful and the house was classy. The owner was super responsive. We enjoyed the hot tub and porch swing. Location was a short drive across the bridge. The neighborhood looks rough in some areas but it was safe. Looking like the neighborhood is being upgraded. I would stay again.

Great place for group stay in Nashville!

Great location as was close to downtown and was a safe neighborhood. Lots of space. Really clean! Equipped with everything you need and the hot tub was a nice touch as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful but cleaning fee s

This was a beautiful home, and it had lots of space and things to do! The communication and responsiveness from the property manager was fantastic. There are so many wonderful things to say, and we would consider staying again in the future.A few issues that did NOT outweigh the pros but are worth mentioning: the cleanliness was iffy in certain areas- There were lots of dust bunnies in the corners, leftover food in the microwave (when the property manager was notified she had someone come right away and clean it- same day), some of the outside furniture was full of grease and seemed dirtier than I would expect it to be. We had an issue with the hottub (She also had someone come within 24 hours to fix the issue) and one shower that did not drain well. The property manager was on top of the major issues however the fact that they were issues was disappointing when spending all that money to stay there especially with being charged a cleaning fee... Overall, the greatness of the space definitely outweighed these issues given how attentive the property manager was to them.

Getting the Bridesmaids Together

An amazingly beautiful place to stay with all of the comforts of home! We had 10 gals gathering from all over the country. From the living room, to the covered porch (in the rain), and then the top deck with a hot tub- everyone was able to reconnect in style and comfort. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking. The sleeping arrangements were very comfy- couches included. The house has many modern amenities- special lighting and speakers. The extra benefit is the quiet neighborhood location which is a quick drive to the airport and the short Uber to Broadway. We had a wonderful time! It honestly felt like a spa weekend away. Thank you to the owner for sharing such a special place!

Great stay…not so great neighborhood

Thought that East Nashville was the trendy part….but we had long drives to get groceries and to get to the wedding venues in West Nashville. The guest suite was not great as it was really too small….and the pullout couch was super uncomfortable. But the property manager was very responsive and the amenities at the property were great.Also, the grass looked like it hadn’t been cut in about a month, which gave a bad aura to the property overall.

Daughters Bachelorette Party Weekend

Lynn was an amazing host and answered all my questions before we arrived. Her place is beautiful and so spacious. It had everything we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer, so we could have enjoyed the house more. The neighborhood had plenty of shops and restaurants near by. I highly recommend this place and will stay here again.
