Brand new built in 6 xl twin bunk room and full bath for bunk room and pool. Private Dedicated beach is 3 minute across the street walk from house. Beach chairs and rolling cooler. Outdoor ping pong table on carport with selfie station. Coffee bars on both floors. Wine cooler, HEATED Salt water pool with beach toys.
Views from the front and back balcony of the gulf. Private salt water HEATED pool and tropical landscaped back yard with CHARCOAL grill and eating area. Main living areas are upstairs. A twist to most rentals. Two beautiful well appointed living spaces with designer touches. Kitchen has two bars, gas stove and oven and entertaining wine bar area. ADDITIONAL GAS GRILL ON UPPER DECK BY KITCHEN Primary bedroom/bath and 1/2 bath up. Three bedrooms and three full baths down. A well equipped kitchen with everything you have at home and more. This is the rental you've been waiting for. Owner has several other properties within a mile and can accommodate multiple families.

Great Vacation

This home is absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable. Walking distance to the beach but for fun we rented a golf cart. The host are amazing and I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for everything !

The property was just as advertised! It’s absolutely beautiful and a short walk to the beach. The backyard area is lovely and our kids really enjoyed the pool!

Great Home for Girls Trip

Enjoy stayed as we treated our mom for Mother’s Day. Spacious, nicely decorated rooms and lovely pool area. The back porch was a favorite for our meals. Will be renting again!

Beautiful Property!

The house is nothing short of amazing! It is beautiful, from the entryway to the upstairs kitchen, to the magnificent back yard. There were more than enough beds for my large party to rest, and the pool was spectacular. We couldn't get our boys out of the pool so we spent everyday in it. The place is clean and had more than enough room for my large party. I truly enjoyed my stay in PCB!

Great place!!

Great house very close to the beach, and in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself was brand new and full of nice amenities. It was a great place to stay with kids. The pool is nice, as well as the outdoor patio area downstairs and upstairs. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful property- Great location!

First and foremost Debbie our host was AMAZING. House is beautifully decorated and kitchen well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Loved the backyard/pool area. Proximity to the beach, stores, entertainment and dining was a huge plus.

Lovely Home

Easy walk to the beach. Home is nicely supplied and furnished. We vacation once a year with our son and his two children. This home is perfect for us. Requests were responded to quickly. Will strongly consider returning in the future.

the best!

This isn’t just a rental, everything is a step above and no detail was missed! Well furnished kitchen, tv in every room, every bedroom & bathroom was perfection. Such a beautiful house and very private backyard/pool, loved very minute here! The walk to the beach is so quick and easy along side streets. The owner was amazing to work with and SO sweet; checking in throughout our stay. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location and perfect for multiple families

Debbie was very helpful with responding to all questions quickly. The house was full of amenities. Great for multiple families. All 3 bedrooms have private bathrooms. The kids loved the bunk room. The house was nice and clean. Loved the location. Very short walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded. Pool is nice size. It was everything we were looking for in a place to stay. Our experience was great and we really enjoyed our stay.
