Beautifully renovated 4 bedroom home WITH game room (pool table, ping pong, darts)! Only 3.5 miles to Broadway where all of the fun takes place!! Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need! Bring your family & friends and enjoy this beautiful open concept home! Close to everything downtown, this home has it all!

This home is very deceiving size-wise from the front view but trust me...once you step inside you will see the magic that we have created. This home is a whopping 2736 sq ft! With that being said, this is a high-end home and is not intended for big crazy parties. We want you to have fun however, we DO NOT allow confetti or glitter. If you do use confetti or glitter there will be an additional $200 fee added to your cleaning fee.

Please note that we do have quite hours as we have neighbors.

The house was perfect for my family stay. It had everything you would for being away from home. I love that it had a washer and dryer. The pool table room was a hit for everyone. Lots of laughs, conversation and competition.

Loved this property so much!!

We felt right at home. Plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. Tina has added some nice touches to the house to make sure you have everything you need. Fans in each room. Split level house with a couple stairs to upper level and couple stairs to lower level. Living area is in the middle. We had someone with us that didn’t want any stairs and this was only a few. It was worth it for the house. We felt right at home.

Perfect Home for Large Family

The location and layout of this home was ideal for our extended family’s stay in Nashville. Just minutes from both downtown and the airport made getting around very simple. The home itself is open and spacious. We enjoyed group games and meals together.

Owner was very accommodating and helpful. Property and neighborhood were quiet and very clean. Great extras - game room, coffee, tea, candy, soda/beer available. And close to several nice bars and restaurants, or an easy Uber ride to downtown.

Christmas in Nashville

Our daughter is a nurse at Vanderbilt & she is always taking the drive back home to Mississippi for Christmas. So this year we decided to save her the drive and spend it in Nashville with her. We love Nashville anyway but let me tell you.... we love, love, love this home. We really enjoyed staying here. The home is beautiful & there is a coffee/tea station that we used a lot. Tina was an excellent host and responds immediately if you have any questions. If you're thinking about booking it, book it!! You will not be disappointed. This place really felt like home away from home.

The Perfect Place

Everything about this rental was a positive, from Tina the host to the nicest home you could ask for. The location was central to the Nashville tourist scene with easy access in every direction. The home was spotless and extremely well stocked. Our travel group has been all over the US and internationally and this rental tops the list.

Quick getaway

This house is deceiving from the outside. It's very spacious (we had 9 ppl), clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The beds were so comfortable, especially after a long day. Tina and her husband are great hosts! They thought of everything for their guests from a little bar setup, coffee bar, umbrellas, and toiletries to name a few. The house isnt far from downtown, just a quick Uber/Lyft ride away. Very close to the grocery store & Starbucks as well. The neighborhood is safe, an up & coming area. I would definitely rent here again if Im back in Nashville.

Great house

We had seven adults in our group and the house was perfect for us. The layout was great. House was clean and the hosts thought about every detail. Bathrooms and kitchen are very well-appointed. We were close enough to all the action of Nashville while still enjoying the quiet of the neighborhood. We had some questions/concerns before our arrival and I was able to speak with the owner quickly. Super helpful! We definitely plan to stay here again during our next trip.

The home was exactly as the photos looked! We had a party of 9, plenty of room for all. The games room was a bonus for an evening in after an exciting day of checking out the Nashville sites. Short Uber drive away with minimal wait times. This place was perfect!

Beautiful property! We had six adults and the size was perfect! Not much of a backyard, as another living space is being added, but the front porch was nice to relax on. Host was great and communicated quickly.

Everything and then some!

If you’re looking for a place that is modern, sparkling clean and has anticipated your every need, this is the one! Located in an up and coming neighborhood, the home is spacious and loaded with every amenity you could think of! Who thinks of supplying umbrellas? Tina and Will did! Very close to downtown and Opryland! Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Tina is super responsive host and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing hosts and a fantastic location. The ubers downtown are cheap and overall you're in a great spot to experience a lot of what nashville has to offer. Spacious place!

We came with a group of friends for a concert and this place was so spacious and nice! We met the owners and they were really nice. We saw construction in back yard and they mentioned it being a future mother in law type of suite. The bar area was really nice! We stayed in the masters and the bathroom was out of this world. We did not have kids but would be a great place for kids as there are games upstairs
