I chose this neighborhood due to having the Island feel.
Lakes with boats throughout makes for a beautiful walk.
It's quiet, safe, professional, family oriented, community atmosphere, walkable green belts, pet friendly, walkable area and too many to list.
Most of all people are friendly, take great pride in the neighborhood and watches out for one another.
only 10 min from major highways yet still quiet neighborhood.
Wonderful restaurants from Thai, Sushi, Mexican, American.
Endless attractions.
Downtown Gilbert and Downtown Chandler 10-15 min away.
Top indoor Golf and golf courses.
