Detta rymliga enhet har 2 sovrum (en king size och tvillingar) ligger på första våningen (nivå 2). Denna nivå ger en vacker utsikt över den vita sandstranden och blå viken vatten för alla vardagsrummet. Både vardagsrummet och sovrummet har tillgång till den vackra utsikten balkongen genom en vanlig genomgångsdörrar för ökad säkerhet.

Boardwalk är 1/2 mil öster om Highway 59, placera den i hjärtat av Gulf Shores, där alla festivaler, som räkor Festival och Hangout Music Festival, hålls. Utmärkta restauranger, butiker och andra nöjen ligger inom gångavstånd.

Denna enhet renoverades i november 2010 med nya skåp, nya vitvaror, och alla golv täckt i porslin kakel. Enheten var helt ommålad i april 2019. Takfläktar i både sovrum och vardagsrum. Gratis Wi-Fi och Dish Network HD-TV.

Just what we needed

Location was excellent. We never moved the vehicle as we were able to walk everywhere beyond the condo. Being on the beach was so convenient. The balcony view was spectacular and perfect proximity to the beach and pool for my wheelchair bound mom. She was able to watch us from the balcony. The owners were super prompt to respond. The one suggestion is a spoon rest. Totally not a priority need. I just found myself looking for one whenever I cooked and not having a place to rest the spoon. Definitely keeping information on this booking.

The owners were awesome! Always responded to messages promptly, were super accommodating, and really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was great! Fantastic location, well maintained, clean… Everything it said it would be. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Very nice condo and beautiful view of the beach and Gulf. Easy check-in and housekeeping was very helpful. The host was very responsive and helpful for suggestions. I would definitely stay here again!

Great beach front location

Great beachfront condo with a pool and located a 1/2 mile from the Hangout and within walking distance of almost everything in Gulf Shores. Very clean, spacious with well supplied kitchen. Host was very receptive when messaged with questions. Will stay again when we are in Gulf Shores for sure!

Toes in the sand

It has a beautiful view of the beach, and is a lovely condo. It is an older but maintained condo on the first floor, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

My Happy Place!!

This condo was just right for what I wanted. I nice quick getaway with my husband on the beach. The only thing that I did not like was that the condo was not cleaned very well. The counters had sand on them and the floor was full of sand and sticky. I do not blame the owners for this they probably have no clue that the cleaning people are not doing there job that they’re being paid for. Very sad

This unit of Boardwalk was purchased by the family in August 2009. It provides a vacation place on the Gulf for our families living in North Alabama. We were attracted to it by its' cleanliness and beautiful decor as depicted by the photos. You will enjoy it also!
