A spacious kitchen area with full lighting and completely updated stainless steel appliances that flows into the dining room, a gorgeous granite countertop, and an adorable eat-in area with a kitchen aisle for extra seating space.

Perfect place to rest and relax!

Me and my band had a few days off in between gigs and this home was the perfect place to relax and recharge. We loved spending our evenings by the fire and being able to get our laundry done before hitting the road again. Quiet neighborhood and very clean home!

Great family home with backyard for dogs

This house was perfect for a family traveling with pets. The house was a great size and had alot of extras in the kitchen. The back yard was perfect for hanging out with pets and the neighborhood was great for walking. The carport was also a plus for parking. Beds were comfortable which often is t the case in rentals. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home

This property was perfect for a days while we were in town for a surgery. The heat stopped working one day, but the owner was extremely responsive and had a repairman there within a couple of hours. Or dog enjoyed running the backyard as well. We were extremely satisfied with our stay.

Christmas Getaway

This house was the perfect place for our Christmas getaway and visiting with family. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious enough for multiple cooks. We enjoyed using the grill as well. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. The communication with the host was fantastic. He checked on us the first night to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a great time and will definitely be back next year!!

Last minute refuge

Clean and comfortable with your basic needs. Love the coffee bar set up and the ample seating. Sad to see all the damage and huge old trees that were felled by the storms, which also left the gated back yard muddy and messy. Host had excellent communication and prompt responses.

Ironman Augusta 2024

Well, we had an adventure with hurricane Helene, who was not supposed to hit Augusta but changed direction and hit head on. We had a scary night of trees and power lines falling everywhere, high winds and rain and power cuts. The neighborhood was low income but friendly and everyone joined in to clear trees so that cars could move. The house was clean and well equipped for our stay even though it ended up being only one night and morning as we without power or food. Communication with the manager was ok, we advised her of the storm damage and she responded quickly.

Great Stay

Everything was perfect during our stay! We were up for our son’s Family Day at DCG so the location was great! There were 2 dog parks not too far away as well. I left my wedding rings in the bathroom and realized after we were all checked out and on the road. We were able to contact the host who let me back in to get them.

Great/cozy house! Fantastic LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!

Stayed our first time in Augusta for a basketball tournament with our teenage son. Plenty of room for our family, all the necessities, and the location is close to everything you need. Easy host to get ahold of and very accommodating! Would recommend and would def stay here again!

Guys Trip

Group of guys that needed a place to stay after a fishing trip on the lake, this place was excellent. Quick Uber ride to downtown for dinner and drinks. Plenty of space, clean, easy to communicate with owner. Overall great experience! Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in the Augusta area 👍

Happy Times on Heard Avenue!

This rental property is perfect for a girls weekend! It is charming and cozy, just as pictured. It is the perfect place to rest and recharge. The beds and couches are comfortable, kitchen is large with lots of counter space and the dining table a perfect size to share a meal or a game of cards. The location is close to shopping and restaurants in all directions. We hit the jackpot in finding this rental!

Family Christmas

This house is the perfect house for a large family. Our family of 5 fit comfortably. There is plenty of space in the kitchen for 2 adults to work comfortably. Communication with the owners was very easy and helpful. The house was very clean when we arrived. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, relaxing place to stay. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Spacious Home in Great Location

We rented this home as a group of friends and family from out of town to attend a church service in North Augusta. we had a great time utilizing the lazy the fire pit in the backyard, In the home was well appointed and gave us plenty of space to move about and enjoy our time. Everyone in our group slept wonderfully as the beds were very comfortable. We had multiple people taking showers and never rain out of hot water. And the water pressure was wonderful. Communication with the host was quick and easy and they were very responsive. Had a wonderful trip.

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY

This is my second time in six weeks staying at this unit. It is absolutely wonderful! The memory foam beds are extremely comfortable. It’s very quiet neighborhood. Nicely appointed with updated amenities within the home. Absolutely wonderful stay.
