Thank you for your review! We're so glad you enjoyed the beautiful views, the convenient location, and the golf cart during your stay. We also appreciate you bringing the slow-draining sink in the primary bathroom and the guest bathroom tub to our attention. We've shared these items with our maintenance team so they can be addressed promptly. Thank you as well for your comments regarding the condo. We value guest feedback and will share your observations with the homeowner as they continue making improvements to the property. Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location, entertainment setup, kitchen, and convenience of the golf cart. We’re very sorry that the condition of the furnishings and several maintenance and housekeeping details did not meet expectations, particularly given the investment you made in your stay. The issues you noted with the lights, dryer, shower door, and uncovered outlet will be brought to our maintenance team for attention. We’ll also follow up with housekeeping regarding the items found under the bed. We appreciate your comments about the furnishings as well. While the coastal décor fits the condo nicely, we understand that comfort and condition are just as important, and we’ll share your feedback regarding the furniture and bunk beds with the owner. Thank you again for bringing these issues to our attention. We hope you’ll give us another opportunity to provide the level of stay you expected and deserved.

Congrats to the future bride! We're so happy you all had such a great time, we're honored you chose to spend your time on the Emerald Coast with GBR. It's true, we are still quite busy in September, the warm water and sunshine abound, calling to people everywhere.

Thank you for filling out this review as we value your feedback and welcome your suggestions as we are always striving to exceed your expectations. We will recommend that the owners add some rugs as beach living can leave floors a bit sandy! Overall we are happy to hear you had a good time and look forward to having you again soon with a repeat guest discount of course!

Wow! It sounds like you had the best time ever! We are happy to hear about your experience and that you enjoyed every element of this recently remodeled condo. These Owners take great pride in taking care of things and keeping everything up-to-date! See you soon!!!

Thank you so much for your review! We are thrilled to read that you had a wonderful time and that you enjoyed the golf cart! It really is such a great way to get around the property. It was our pleasure to host your stay, and we hope to welcome you back soon!

We are sorry about your disappointment with the unit. Usually our guests do see the units photographs before their stay so that they are aware of the units interior design. Many guests prior have loved staying in this beautiful unit and we are sorry you did not have the same experience. We checked our records and see no notifications regarding the issues. We wish you brought these issues to our attention as soon as you arrived, we would have absolutely sent team members immediately to assist had we known. We appreciate the compliment regarding our helpful and friendly services. Maybe next time we can help find a condo more suited to your needs. We hope in spite of this, the memories made will far outweigh the less than perfect experience. Please allow us another opportunity in the future to show you how well we can excel at a wonderful guest experience.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review! It is wonderful to hear that you enjoyed your time with us. We understand that construction can be frustrating to deal with, and have made it our priority to inform all guests prior to booking. We are happy to say that construction is nearing an end, and our listings are kept up to date with construction timeframes. I know there are many options of stay in this area, and we are delighted that you chose Gibson for your first visit. It was our pleasure hosting your family, and we hope to welcome you back soon!

Thank you for your review and feedback. We are disappointed to hear that your stay was less than ideal, and would have loved the opportunity to address these issues for you had they been reported during your stay. Upon review, I can see where the bi-fold laundry doors were noticed to have fallen off their track after your departure and this has already been resolved. We will investigate the other items mentioned so that we may resolve them promptly if there is an issue. Your feedback will be shared with our operations team so that we may continue to improve upon our guest experience.

Thank you for your review! We're so glad the property was a perfect fit for your stay. We truly appreciate your kind words and are excited to hear you'll be back. We look forward to welcoming you again soon!
