Summary:
Have coffee on the beautiful sun porch each morning and take a quick walk to the sand! The Wolfe Cottage offers a bit of nostalgic beach living for your family vacation. The living area has a large flat screen TV and plenty of seating with high ceilings and open floor plan to the kitchen. This is a pet friendly property, one pet allowed . Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property. No Smoking, No house parties, No motorcycles.

The Space:
Enjoy the large flat screen TV, Youtube TV service provided and WiFi internet. To the right of the front door you will find a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a bedroom offering one queen bed. Two bedrooms are located on the far left side of the home offering 2 double beds, a streaming Roku TV and ceiling fan in bedroom 2 and one queen, and 2 twins in bedroom 3. Another full bathroom with shower/tub combo in the hallway between the bedrooms. Home has central HVAC and full kitchen amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. There is a small fenced patio area off of the living area for charcoal grilling and enjoyment. . No Smoking inside the home or the sunporch. A short 300 steps to the beach!

Guest Access:
Guests will pick up and return key(s) to the rental office.

Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or Taxi.

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
