Sea Y'All | Gorgeous Canal Home!

The main living area has an open concept living/dining/kitchen area where everyone can gather, prepare meals and snacks and ample seating for everyone around the large 50" smart TV in the living area. The kitchen has absolutely everything to prepare meals or have a quick breakfast.

Guests will enjoy the large deck on this house with comfortable seating for all and the umbrella which may be used to shade from the summer sun. This fantastic home also features a tiki bar with television, mini-fridge, a charcoal grill, and a convenient half bath, located on the ground level.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, TV and en suite bath with a step-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed also, plus two twin beds. The second and third bedrooms share the full bath with tub/shower combination. Sea Y'All also has a full-size washer and dryer for the convenience of the guests.

Enjoy some cold beverages, go fishing and spend some time together. Guests will have a treat watching as the sunset over Galveston Bay.

Please Note: The Sea Isle Pool is open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. Guests must call Sea Isle HOA at 409-737-2438 to obtain pool passes. The pool passes are 10 for $100. They are open Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm.

The house and location was very nice. However, the outdoor trash cans were not dumped before arrival and smelt rancid. We had to move it to the street due to the smell. Some of the outdoor lights didn’t work. The main upstairs fridge smelt like rancid fish. The rental property failed to give us the keys for the tiki bar and downstairs bathroom. We had to contact them multiple times on day of check in and next day to finally get someone to help us. We finally got keys after being there for a full night and day!! The tiki bar isn’t as pictured, no outdoor TV or decor. Kayak paddle was broken. The broken piece was laying on ground with other trash. The urgency of the rental company was extremely disappointing as well as the cleanliness inside and outside of the property. When returning keys the day of check out, we did express the issues we experienced, but not a lot of care was shown from the rental company. 3/5 Stars.

Great place! But....

Loved the house! But didnt get to use the Tiki Bar that is advertised with the listing... and after 3 days of asking someone to come unlock it.. the decided to just give me a 350 refund and a late checkout. Would stay again but will make sure everything is available to use like listing says beforehand

Relaxing

House was nice, cold and clean. Downstairs area was left with trash and not as cleaned as upstairs, but overall a nice property. The fishing light did not work which kinda sucked.

Spring break

Great house, really wanted the hammock that was shown in pics but was not at the house. We thought the pool would be open for spring break but was not and not mentioned in booking. Overall great place!

Memorial Day Trip

Nice property- all around. Outside living space is really nice- better (and bigger) than the pictures. Inside has a good layout and there was plenty of room for 7 of us. We enjoyed our stay.

Fun house but smelled like cigarette smoke

The property was great. Super cute and had everything you could need however it had a smell to it and we believe it is cigarette smoke. We aren’t smokers so it was pretty noticeable upon entry. Great property except for the smell.

Elegant and fresh beach house on the canal

Recently renovated and updated beach house with appropriate beach style interior design and comparatively good standard. The house is situated on a delta shaped lot on the corner between two canals. This gives a feeling of being alone, to some extent, and privacy. Plastic "wine" glasses, cocktail glasses and other glasses not our favorites, but they mostly did the job.
