Great stay, would return

Happy with cleanliness, location and amenities of the condo. All information provided was accurate. It was nice being away from the congestion of the convention center/pier area. Had an issue accessing the unit at check in time because the door code was not supplied, but was able to call to get one created. The toilet ran constantly during our stay, so put in a maintenance request on day 2 but it was not fixed during our stay. Not huge issues, and would definitely return if in the area.

Rocky Start - Great Location

Our check-in process was an issue. Once handled the view and amenities were great. Our view was over pool and to the ocean. Quick walk to the beach with direct access. Enjoyed the hot-tub. Would stay again.

Fair warning, only book on the Seascape condo site…..

I want to start off with saying the property is great! However, there was a group of 16 of us, all having different properties. They all booked through Seaside condo website. I booked this VRBO and it is managed by a different company. There are two separate check-in‘s if you booked yours directly through the Seascape condo site it is a piece of cake. Everyone in the other groups had their check ins at either 8 AM or 9 AM. They received a call from Seascape, letting him know their condos were ready.. our condo was ready by 11, however, we could not check in until 4:00 PM. The rest of our group had a 11 AM check out and ours was 10 AM. There are plenty of beautiful condos on this site just book your street on their website and not this one on VRBO or any others on VRBO. it wasn’t that our condo was not ready, my husband had went up to the condo at 12 PM. The ladies were done cleaning and we’re sitting in our condo having lunch. I made a call to the rental agency, they said they could not confirm that the condo was ready. I said outside the door from 3 to 4 and at 4 PM you could hear the click of the door ready for you to get in with your code. I will only use the Seascape website to book in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay at Shore Thing! Loved the balcony and hot tubs. Easy beach access. Only thing that would be better would be some darkening shades in the bedroom and a grill brush. Over all it was nice.

A mother/daughter getaway

I have stayed at Seascapes 3 times now and love this place!! I have stayed at different condos each time. I will say that this one, even though was nice, is my least favorite one so far. I wouldn't stay at this one again. Even though they were wonderful about having it ready earlier than expected check in (4:00), there were things about it that I found lol lacking. The bedroom windows let the exterior lights in so it was never dark in the room. The TV was located in a very awkward spot and stuck out in the hallway. All other units I have stayed in have always had left over items from other renters, such as condiments, spices, oil, etc. Not one thing was there, which I guess is okay but I brought coffee to have in the morning and they had a Keurig machine and did not have a cup to put coffee into it. If you plan on having a Keurig provide a way for us to use it!!! I am not trying to knit pick I was just expecting the level of experience I received at the other two condos. All in all I love staying at Seascapes!

Pleasant stay in Galveston

I have a suggestion being a senior adult that you put handrails in your bathtub area. It was very comfortable and very clean. Suggest that you let people know the coffee maker is a Keurig. You need to bring K cups not coffee.

Nice location, nice property

The condo was nice and clean. The listing was spot on, and we came prepared with our own coffee. The front door was pretty difficult to open the first time, we thought we were actually locked out. We finally got it open and didn’t have any problems after that. They also don’t tell you about the security guard, we arrived pretty late, didn’t see anyone in the guard stand so pulled in. The guard chased us down told us to go back and check in, he was rather rude, which doesn’t really reflect on the condo itself- just heads up.

Perfect location

Perfect location just West of the strip, 5 minutes from everything needed without it being crowded. Private beach & access a plus. 1 bed/bath unit a bit tight for family of 5 but we also spent a lot of time inside due to inclimate weather. Patio a perk

For starters it was spotless,check in was a breeze! I have been burned with pictures being great but a property being run down,this WAS NOT THE CASE!!! It was beautiful better than the pictures! I will definitely be returning:) Thanks for letting me stay at your beautiful condo:)
