This condo is beautiful! It was perfect for us! The hostess was so easy to work with also! Great communication; we will definitely rent from again! The wrap around balcony was our favorite part!

The condo was beautiful and clean. There was a problem with a bed and the owner came right over and had a new bed delivered the next day. This condo has beautiful furnishings and a fabulous balcony with plenty of seating for everyone.

We got to enjoy watching about 10 dolphins playing in the ocean while we drank coffee on the patio on the first morning. Plenty of space for a large group. Clean and great communication.

The property was very nice! Parking was easy. You get a pass for 50 and it’s gated with a required code. The pool was amazing. There’s also an indoor pool with hot tub. The balcony view directly on the beach was incredible and everyone’s favorite aspect! There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating! The condo was spacious, yet cozy/homey. We loved the bedrooms being spaced out (party of 6 here!). The buckets, nets, and boogie boards were an added bonus. There were also board games, cards, and extra blankets. Every bedroom had a sliding door. The sound of the ocean was lovely.

Fantastic, Immediately appreciate the cold air conditioning when you walk in the door. The beds are so comfortable, the kitchen is appropriate for entertaining and serving the very large dining table. The bathrooms are so nice. The Condo has a New Feel. The balcony wraps from the front and continues the whole right side and is probably the best feature. The pool was clean and the beach access easy. Parking was fine even on the 4th. Great restaurants close by. Sandy cares about your stay and accommodates and communicates better than anyone. We drove from South Carolina and will do so in the future. Thank You Sandy.

We had a great time at Sandy’s Summer House! Our host communicated quickly from our first inquiry to our last. They made sure we had everything we needed, including a special request. They did everything they could to accommodate us, even though we had unique needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We were steps away from the pools, indoor and outdoor, and the beach. We were just a short drive from groceries and restaurants too. We took advantage of several different opportunities to check out places like The Ruby Slipper- best breakfast in our opinion! We ate food from Tacky Jacks, Sunliner Diner, and so many more! We also had the option of staying in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for preparing meals. Our favorite place to hang out was the balcony, overlooking the beach, and some amazing sunrises and sunsets. The place was clean, bed was comfortable. The staff there was also very friendly. We enjoyed the gated community for our personal comfort level too. We would definitely recommend staying there, and couldn’t have asked for a better host.

Such a fun Easter weekend getaway. Condo is just as the photos show. Great views of the beach and Gulf of America! Six of us slept comfortably across the 3 rooms. Had everything we needed in the condo. Communication with Sandy was easy. Prompt replies via text. Luggage and grocery style carts were plentiful. We would stay here again.

Great location very comfortable

The property owner was great to work with. Condo is a great location on the beach next to houses so beach was not crowded at all. House was so comfortable with plenty of space for my 4 adults, 2 teens and child.

Family Trip

The trip was amazing with family. Condo was very clean and spacious. Owners were always a text or call away and always responded constantly. We are looking forward to staying next year and enjoying the Beautiful view on the Balcony.

Absolutely Perfect!

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo! Everything is decorated in a beachy theme and you can’t beat the view! We had plenty of room for our family of 5 and plenty of supplies. The beds and furniture were really comfortable as well! Beach access was quick and easy and beach service was a nice addition! The owners were a pleasure to work with and we will most definitely be booking with them again! Book this condo! You won’t be disappointed!

Fabulous!!!

We stayed ina wonderful condo with husband and sister We had a wonderful time! This condo is sooo comfortable, including the furniture!! It’s so bright and cheery with all the sliders in every room. The kitchen is very very well stocked if you prefer to cook instead of eating out. As you’re eating at the DR table, you can see the Gulf and its beauty.!! I definitely recommend!!!
