Quietly located in the second courtyard in an old factory building. Art - and antiques everywhere you look! A spacious floor plan with an open kitchen and dining area as well as a large, comfortable lounge invite you to linger. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook for a group of up to 12 people. 2 modern bathrooms leave nothing to be desired. 5 thematically different bedrooms with wooden beds made of solid wood, good mattresses and windows that can be completely blacked out ensure a pleasant night's sleep.
Completed in 1913, the building that houses this Berlin loft apartment started life as a printing factory, later studios & ateliers. Today, the stunning fourth floor loft, which retains some of the quainter industrial features such as exposed brickwork, and incorporates found and hand-crafted items, is a uniquely renovated urban environment for short stay visitors and film shoots.
