Our fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a meal, but be sure to leave time in your time to venture up to your private rooftop deck on the 3rd floor. While we are confident you are going to love this condo, don’t forget to venture over to the Shores Resort to enjoy the wonderful resort pool and Lagoon!

**Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Rooftop yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies—where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or lagoon—are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!
