Welcome to our sweet lake retreat! Brand new listing! Relax with the whole family in our peaceful lakefront home. This is a newer construction home with custom upgrades and room to sleep up to 14. This is in the BEST location on Lake Greenwood! We are located on the main water right across from Twin Rivers Landing which is a great place to rent a boat for the day. If you are bringing your own boat the closest ramp is 2.8 miles away at Riverfork Boat Ramp. We are right around the corner from Harris Landing which is a local dive that has excellent food and delicious drinks at their Tiki bar. Break on the Lake is another popular spot and just a short drive or boat ride away as well. Lake Greenwood’s famous “sandbar” is also very close to the house and a fun place to drop the anchor and hang out in waist deep water. Lake Greenwood is a great fishing lake and is known for its largemouth bass, channel catfish, and striped bass. The house has two king bedrooms, one queen room, double/full bunk, and single over full bunk with a twin trundle (so the kid’s room can easily sleep 8 kids or several adults!) We are surrounded by woods across the street and to the right of the house so there are plenty of deer, birds, and even a beautiful red fox that likes to prance around the yard at times! Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on our peaceful porch and watch all the wildlife this lake offers. We would be thrilled to have you!

We had a wedding to attend

We came up for a wedding for my nephew and chose to get a rental verses hotel to be with my family. The house is beautifully decorated and very inviting and comfortable! It was a lovely stay and the manager was amazing to reply to everything I may have needed

House and communication with owner were perfect!!!

House was beautiful and exceeded expectations. Owner was always quick to respond. A ton of cooking supplies as well as a cabinet full of spices. With a group of 10, saved me a lot of money in accessories that I would of had to purchase at the grocery store.

Such a great place!!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful lake house. My family made many memories in our three days there. The layout is perfect with the kids rooms and game room downstairs and the master upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. The fire pit was fun for all! We will be back. Wonderful place. No complaints!

Great house

This is a nice house in a very secluded and private area. The backyard is huge! The view of the lake is nice, especially from the balcony. We enjoyed the large dining room table, the pool table, and the new fire pit they were building is going to be great once it is ready. Our kids enjoyed wading into the water to swim, even in October. There were a couple of issues with the house (ants, backed up septic tank) but the owners were amazing and sent replies to my messages so quickly and were very helpful. We definitely appreciated how easy they were to communicate with!!

Happy sweet 16

My daughter was turning 16 and I rented the home for our family. This home was perfect for the occasion! Our ages ranged 2-55. There was something for everyone. The home is beautiful, spacious and fully equipped! The view of the lake is awesome!! The host was wonderful to work with. We will definitely revisit!!

Great location and home

Kristin has been a a good host, my family enjoyed the time at home . The home is spacious, clean with all the amenities you need for a a vacation. The checkin was very easy. My kids enjoyed the backyard and lake , while in the house they played pool and board games . We would definitely rent the same place when we go back the area .

Amazing Home!

This house is beautiful and the owners were above and beyond helpful! I’ve stayed at many VRBOs over the years and this was hands down my best experience. The accommodations are top notch and the owners are very available and helpful. I was here on a girls trip with my favorite girls from high school for a girls spa weekend at the Spa on Maxwell in Greenwood - which I HIGHLY recommend. We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful house that we are making plans to return in the summer. There is plenty of room to spread out, the kitchen is nicely stocked and the beds are very comfortable. Stay here - you will be so glad you did!😊

Well equipped kitchen, lots of space and most everything you need.

Wonderful open dining room, kitchen, living room on main level with big TV to watch the game. Love the decks looking over the lake, and the privacy of the yard/lot. Had a wonderful family gathering for my elderly parents who live in greenwood where all of us could come in and stay and enjoy cooking a celebratory dinner for them. Highly recommend this house. Owners are super responsive and nice.

Family time together

How wonderful for my family to have this roomy, well appointed home to enjoy. Games and TV as well as grounds the teens appreciated. Comfortable furnishings, bedding, and deck views for everyone to enjoy. Kitchen large enough for 3 cooks and able to have everyone dine together.

This was a great place to gather eight people for a few days. It was very clean, roomy and the deck was spectacular for gathering after golf! It fit our situation perfectly and Kristin could not have been a better host! She made this trip easy. Would recommend this house any time.

Labor Day weekend stay

Our Family of 8 felt very comfortable in this 4 bedroom Lakehouse. Great layout . Loved the primary bedroom on the main level with all the others below. The house was clean with all the amenities . The location on the lake was also great. We rented a pontoon from Twin Rivers and it was about a 5 minute ride across the lake. 20 minutes from a nice golf course. .The yard is huge . Great for games but quite a few steps from the water . We enjoyed swimming and floating in tubes off the dock. No fire pit but it was hot and not sure we missed it . Overall we had a great stay. Thank you!

Wonderful stay!

Where do I start? The view- drinking coffee on the deck- watching the morning dawn- sitting in the swing down by the lake and watching my husband and sons splash in the lake! The home- the kitchen with top of the line appliances and all the utensils you need to create meals- including the key spices you forgot to bring and basics like sugar. The attention to detail everywhere- beautifully finished bathrooms with soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers, a snack basket and bottle of wine in the kitchen. Or the downstairs where young adults could hangout, play pool and board games with its own shaded walk out porch with a beautiful lake view. We loved it and had a relaxing time! Thank you!
