Enjoy gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from ocean and sound-facing decks on 3 levels. A short 3-minute walk to the beach, Pelican Paradise is located in ideal Kinnakeet Shores. The Avon Pier, shops, and restaurants are also within easy walking distance.

A well-supplied gourmet kitchen and large dining room create a great place to enjoy some delicious seafood and trade fun stories for family and friends. Gas and charcoal grills provide ample grilling options, along with a picnic table in the pool area for outdoor dining.
Four of the six bedrooms are spacious main suites, one with a single/double pyramid bunk, and all bedrooms provide comfortable resting places when you need to recharge your batteries. A bedroom on the main living level, along with a powder room and deck access, is ideal if a family member has limited mobility to navigate stairs multiple times a day.

Entertain your crew by playing a game on the foosball table or watching your favorite TV series/movies on one of 8 TVs. Alternatively, relax in the cozy 4th floor loft, the screened porch, or choose among decks off the main living area or just outside your bedroom to get away for a bit of alone time or to enjoy your favorite summer reading.
