No Wifi

My boyfriend and I were super excited to stay at this property, as we heard about how great it was from friends. The room itself was clean and perfect for what we needed with the exception of wifi connection. On the listing, it says we would have wifi in our room. Not only were neither of us ever able to connect to the wifi, as soon as we entered the room our cell phone service also didn’t work. We found ourselves extremely frustrated when trying to plan the following days events and unable to access weather information, shuttle timings, trail information, restaurant reservation times, etc. without having to go sit in our car to get cell reception or head over to the local starbucks to get wifi access. We spent a lot of money on this booking and the inaccurate wifi situation added an extreme inconvenience for what should have been a relaxing experience. We spoke with another guest that stayed in the room next to us and they also had the same issues. Do not book this listing if you are going to need wifi at all on your trip!

No internet, no dishwasher

We were told that there was no Internet due to the fact that the “property had changed ownership recently”. We were unable to look for a restaurant, write or receive email, use our Netflix account, etc from our room. This seems pretty unreasonable considering the cost of renting the unit. No discount was offered to us. Our dishwasher did not drain and after reporting the problem, someone came and disabled it, but did not let us know what the plan would be.
