Great place to stay

This is the second time I have stayed at Laketown. The staff is nice the rooms are spacious and it is close enough to be able to walk to get any necessity's you may need.

Almost a great spot

Other than the dryer not working the rest was great.. although not being able to wash our towels and clothes was a hindrance and they seemed to just brush it off when trying to communicate about it everything else was great.

Nice view

It has an awesome view and close to the elevator. Does need a lot of updating done. Couches aren’t the best and not a fan of the carpet through out the condo. But other than that we enjoyed the stay.

Don’t stay here.

Overall it was not a great experience. A/C didn’t work until maintenance came, dryer was broken the entire week, pull out couch was broken

It was ok, but not to stayed again in the future

Dishwasher was not working right, restrooms were dirty, microwave was dirt stove was dirty, one of the beds sheets was dirty . The pans and pots were old and they were on like 2. The view. Was great we can see the beach every morning

Terrible!

I will never stay here again! They don’t accommodate you the elevators were terrible sometimes a 20 minute wait they were always packed and hot I almost had a panic attack. The bathrooms were dirty. There was mold in my bathroom and they had roaches the staff was mean. It was a terrible stay

Overall, terrible. The balcony door does not lock securely. They sent someone out and he tightened some screws but our 4 year old could still slide it open when it was supposed to be "locked". The lock itself is rusted and needs replacing. So, wouldnt recommend if you have small children. One morning we came back from the pool to find a guy in the master bedroom, standing on the bed, installing a celing fan. The dryer doesn't work, there was an "out of order" sign on it so someone knew it didn't work prior to our check-in. The carpet was stained. The bed linens were stained. Master bathtub was dirty, looked like old vomit. Pots in the kitchen-yes, pot holders-no. Be prepared to wait for the elevator. Check out instructions say to take out the trash, but there's no trash chute or dumpster to take it to. You have to check-in at the lobby and pay additional fees for wristbands and parking passes. Attempted to contact customer service with the issues and was told they would start a "ticket". Haven't heard anything else. Doubtful we will get any reimbursement. If you have a family, stay somewhere else. We will not be using this company or property for vacations anymore.

NEVER EVER AGAIN

My stay was horrible. When I walked in and saw how this couple was treated nicely I was treated very differently when it became my turn. The couple was allowed to park their car out front while bringing their things upstairs and was given a cart. After the manager checked me in (which took forever) I asked the manager to borrow a cart as well and she proceeded to let me know that it was a 2-hour wait and she did not have an extra one, mind you I could see one right behind her in the back room that said it was for guests. Once we were done we walked out to get our things and left our car there for a moment to bring everything upstairs and the manager gave me the rudest look telling me I was not allowed to do so yet letting the couple before me do that and whispered to them shes not allowed to but she wanted to be helpful for them. Needless to say I ignored her and I parked there so we could unload the car & she stopped commenting on it because I called her out and said I could hear her talking to the couple. It took us almost an hour to get into the condo because the code did not work and my phone died from being on a plane all day. Front desk refused to help and said they could not give me the code and they watched me cry in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting for my phone to charge slightly so l could call customer service. It was humiliating. The condo itself looks nice but the outside is horrifying and the elevator is a death trap. Go elsewhere or I'm sure you will regret it.

Amazed for once pictures don’t lie!!!

This property is exactly as pictured and I am so glad we had the chance to stay here!! I would recommend this property to anyone any day!!! The only thing I would say negative about the property as a hole is it was not made clear to us that when we rented a golf cart for our stay we where not made aware that they are not allowed on the property whatsoever not even to pull up to the curb to drop groceries off! So what we thought would be a great idea to help us get around easier actually ended up being more of a headache because the closest place to park it was almost 4 blocks away so we spent a lot of money on something we barley got to use! Just wish someone had put that information out there so we wouldn’t have wasted money on it! But other than that the property is gorgeous and very convenient to almost everything to do! I would definitely hands down rebook and stay in the same exact place again

Not worth it at all ☹️

Pros : Close to the beach and pineapple willies. Decor in the rental was cute and beachy. Sadly the cons def outweigh the pros. Cons: Some elevators are broken and do not have a sign or closure of some sort telling you this. Which caused us to waste part of our first day just trying to make it to the room. Once we made it to the elevators that worked, we still had to wait just for it to stop on our floor. We ended up becoming impatient and walked up to the 11th floor. While on the elevator the second day, the fire alarm went off and the elevator took us straight up to the 21st floor instead of what you could think would be the safest thing— taking us to the ground floor. So we then had to walk down 21 floors with four kids. Just the issues with the elevators being broke or to full caused my legs to kill me. The pools were cool and all since they had 5 total, minus the fact the heated pool wasn’t heated at all and it was windy during our stay. The hot tubs were full of teens the whole time so we literally did not get to use the pools the whole trip. The kiddie pool did not have the cool butterfly slide which was my daughters fave thing about the listing. The unit itself was outdated, ac did not cool the place off at all. Big ledge to step over when going into balcony and the doors did not lock which kept me on my toes with four kids. The master bed was horrible. My husband slept in a hole (mattress springs were broken) the whole time. Me and him both did not sleep at all the three nights we stayed. Between the unit being to hot, the bed, and fear of our toddlers getting up and going onto the balcony in the middle of night kept us from sleeping. We booked the Hampton inn and suites to stay an extra night in PCB and we slept like a baby that night .. finally !! I honestly may have forgotten some things due to it being so many issues piled up. Those are the main things I think would keep a family from having a fun relaxing vacation . Oh p.s. there was only 2 rolls of tissue in each bathroom and 2 towels per bathroom. We had 6 people total stay. There was only one trash bag in the kitchen can(no replacements). We actually had to make multiple trips to the trash Shute just to empty trash that had piled onto the counter due to not having extra trash bags. If you book this unit get ready to walk walk walk to death , even more than you would usually do on beach a vaca!!

Great place to stay!

Nice & Comfortable!

The condo was nice with an amazing view. The kiddie bucket with supplies was a hit with the kids! Condo was really clean & we had everything needed to cook our daily breakfast. Normal wear & tear, but nothing worth complaining about. Light bulb on balcony needs replacing, huge balcony by the way. Sheets on pull out sofa bed need replacing as well.
