Set on Barnegat bay with spectacular views of the bay LBI the lighthouse. All pictures are from the property. Parking on property for several cars. Boat dock with boat ramp for easy access. Swimming is not permissible on the property. Canoe and biking also available. LBI bridge in walking distance to LBI. 5 minute drive to the beach Washer dryer on property. Beautiful quiet setting with great views.

Perfect!

The house was even better than pictured on line. The view was spectacular, and it is the best house that I have stayed in. It is a quiet area, where you can crab off the dock and wave to the people passing by on their boats. However, it's only a few minute ride to everything else you need.

Comfortable vacation house with beautiful views

The house was perfect for our needs, adequately stocked and was the quiet neighborhood that was still close to everything. But the best part was the view! If we ever find ourselves in the area again we would 100% be a return guest.

Gorgeous views of Barnegat Bay

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was quiet and in the perfect location. Beautiful views of the Bay and the Causeway. Walk to two of the best restaurants in Manahawkin or even LBI. We enjoyed crabbing from the deck. The drive to the beach is easy and you can avoid much of the traffic from this location. We saw osprey, swans, heron and cranes in the surrounding wetlands. Overall a great experience.

Great stay

Amazing views. Close to lbi but far enough to be quiet. Steak house down road is a little busy but go in and you will see why. Has all you will need. Could use a slight tech upgrade with tvs but internet worked great and it was enough to satisfy 2 children. But all and all this house has what you need to be close to the beach but stunning views of lbi and quiet nights.

Peaceful Sanctuary in LBI

Charming place with great views. 10 minute drive to the beach. Jewel of the home is the large dock with gazebo for sunning and relaxing. Able to walk to the Mud City Crab House for fresh seafood. House itself is comfortable with excellent AC but could use a little renovation. My only major complaint is that the posting indicated queen beds in two of the bedrooms, but the beds were full at best, definitely not queens. Also, Vince is a very responsive host.

Great house for sailing at Brant beach

Great house, easy to get to and amazing view! Only downside was that the water at the dock was only about 1ft deep - perhaps it will get dredged to allow for small boats to dock there. Definitely will again if in the area.
