For future reference, those top outlets are controlled by the wall light switch, which can sometimes be easy to miss. We’re always happy to assist during your stay, and a quick message would have allowed us to help right away. We also understand the inconvenience regarding the shuttle service. As noted, resort amenities such as the shuttle are managed by the resort and may be subject to seasonal schedules or operational changes, which are outside of our control. We are pleased that you found the condo comfortable, enjoyed the resort amenities and coffee bar, appreciated the friendly staff, and liked the convenient location near restaurants and attractions. For the benefit of future guests, each tower has three elevators. During your stay, one of the three elevators experienced intermittent service. Resort Management was notified and is working to resolve the issue. The nearby beach access is public and can become crowded during peak travel periods. Henderson Beach State Park is another popular beach option, but its entry procedures, availability, and reservation requirements are established and managed by the State Park. The elevators, resort common areas, public beach access, and State Park procedures are managed separately from our privately owned vacation home. We understand, however, that these factors can still affect a guest’s overall experience. We provide guests with detailed pre-arrival information about the resort, nearby beach options, local traffic, attractions, and other helpful planning details. We also work hard to ensure that everything within our care—including the cleanliness, comfort, condition, and management of the condo—meets our standards. We appreciate your comments and are glad that your family had an overall good trip and enjoyed the resort’s family-friendly atmosphere.

Unfortunately, we do not control the resort amenities, therefore a little unfair that you are reviewing us on things out of our control. I will certainly forward your suggestions, however, it would be difficult to track what amenity a guest chooses to use or not use. The weather is unpredictable and unfortunate that you was not able to use the heated pool/hot tub as you wished to do so. We do appreciate you booking with us. Thank you for booking with us Shana. We're Sorry to hear of your discomfort. The sofa was recently purchased, not sure where the discomfort comes from, but we will certainly take a look to see if something has happened to it that we were not aware of. I wish you would have told me about the TV as well. Again, we will look at what is going on with it. Your comfort and experience is very important to us. As for the resort and local area, this is not in our control. I will certainly pass on to the resort manager as the less than 5 star review impacts our our guest's experience and our home....not the resort.
