Enjoy small town living sitting on the front porch enjoying views of the Gypsum Hills, or wildlife in the field. Take in a movie on the smart 55" flatscreen tv by the propane fireplace on the chilly evenings.
House has central heat and ac, washer and dryer, fenced yard, as well as keurig coffee machine, microwave, stove, and full fridge.
There is a 2 night minimum stay, and we look forward to hearing from you!

Very surprised to see this exist in such a small town. I think a lot of hunters come through, but it was very helpful to us and we will likely stay there again.

Our overall impression of this house is and will always be impressing. This little house also takes me back to my childhood of growing up in Sun City. I'm so glad Doug has this house there and rents it out. It is very convenient for our family get togethers so we can spend more family time and not have to worry about driving to Medicine or Pratt for a hotel room. On a 1-10 ration this property, owners, and cleanliness rates a 12.

Sun City home

We enjoyed our stay with all the little extras- snacks and drinks. The kitchen was well furnished and there were plenty of towels, and bedding. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were nicely decorated. The yard provided room for the children to play and parking was convenient too. Doug was quick to respond to all questions when he was contacted. We would invite others to stay at this house but I would encourage a complete dusting of baseboards, windows, pictures and the floor under the beds. Thank you for sharing your home. We now know where SunCity, Ks is located.

This house was perfect!! Enjoyed our stay very much. The bed was super comfy and the house was very clean. Wish it would have been summer so we could enjoy the porches! Would definitely stay here again!

Birthday party & Peace Treaty

We will never have a bad thing to say about this property or owners. We've loved this ppace ever since it became available. It makes it so much easier, better, and funner for this little hometown girl to come home to visit but have our own little place to stay. I hope they keep this going, and put another one in town 😉

Great Getaway

We went to see the Gysum Hills and this was close and convenient. There is a local bar down the street for a bite to eat, drink or game of pool. It is remote so if you need ice for your cooler pick it up before you go if it's evening. The closest we found was 20+ minutes away or you can wait for the freezer to make ice. We had a great stay.

Country home

A cute mostly clean country home. Was comfortable as well. Beds very comfy. Toilet had some black ring mold in it and bathroom sink wasn't wholly clean, had a bunch of random grains on it. Porch was lovely.

Family Christmas

We love this little house, and its hosts Doug and Jennifer. It is always clean and tidy, and the bed is beyond comfy. We're more than greatful for them to have this house in my tiny hometown of Sun so we can have more family time.
