After a day of fun at the races or exploring Hot Springs relax, a drink in hand on the spacious deck watching the sunset on the Lake Hamilton main channel. This cottage has a fabulous view of the water, so close you'll feel like you're floating. Fill your days boating, fishing, swimming, gambling, watching the horses run and exploring the city when you book this 3 bedroom (queen size beds) gem on a private, gated peninsula. There are cameras located in the carport and covering the front door.

Hot Springs Race Weekend

The pictures don’t do the property justice. This cottage is situated on the lake for amazing views out the sunroom window. So many luxuries in the house. Thick towels, warm blankets, beautifully decorated rooms. It was a gated community minutes from the races. I hope we have the opportunity to stay here again. It was great. Host was so hospitable!

Loved it!!!

House is great, nicely decorated and the view of the lake is awesome. Kitchen is well stocked and there were nice welcoming gifts. Owner was very accommodating and we had no problems getting in touch when needed. The back patio is fantastic and we spent many relaxing hours out there.

Perfect Lake House

My wife and our shared this home for 2 days and 2 nights with 2 other couples and it was the perfect size and location. Beautiful lake view from the living room (water just feet from the window). The house was clean and in a small safe gated community. Perfect back porch for fishing. Swimming not so much, as boaters are constantly driving fairly close to the dock. Otherwise, 5/5 stars!!!

Weekend Trip

My husband and I and another couple came for the weekend to attend a weddings. The property was gorgeous, clean, and the perfect location- close enough to downtown but peaceful in the evening. We will be back!

Perfection of location-furniture- neighborhood Outside area cannot get any better! Beautiful view of lake clear across back of home. I will definitely be back. First time in Arkansas

We attended a college orientation at the University of Arkansas and turned the trip into a family vacation at Hot Springs. The house was perfect size, clean, meticulously decorated and private. We will recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in that area.

Perfect lakefront retreat

We had three couples in our group and the cottage was perfect for us. We cooked most of our meals at the cottage and Used the grill, fire pit, and the hot tub. The outdoor living space is expansive, enjoyed the stunning sunsets on the lake while having our evening cocktails. The must dos are oaklawn horse races, Garven gardens, and historic district (Ohio club for a drink and some interesting history, their Ruben and Ohio Club sandwich are excellent). The host, Joe, was very responsive to any requests or questions. This cottage is a literally ON the lake And very convenient to all the attractions. We loved our stay!

Fantastic

We loved staying at this property for our annual trip to Hot Springs. It's a beautiful property with amazing views of the lake. Unbelievable deck - close to track and not too far from downtown. Joe was a great host! We will definitely stay again on our next trip to town.

Relaxing Lakeside Retreat

Our family loved our time together at this beautiful lakefront cottage. All the other reviews are spot on about it being a gem. It’s a wonderfully relaxing escape, but also conveniently located near town for groceries or necessities during a stay. Fisherman’s Wharf was a great place just around the corner for a delicious seafood meal, plus great service. Joe was excellent in communicating with us from booking to checking out. Lastly, getting to watch sunsets right on the back deck each night was a memorable highlight for all of us! We’d absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!
