Östlig exponering med svepande 180 graders utsikt över sjöfartar och Whidbey Island, samt utsikt över Cascade Mountains, Mt. Baker och Mt. Rainier. Titta och höra örnar frĂ„n frontfönstret i örnen och sjölejonen pĂ„ klipporna utanför stranden. SpektakulĂ€r och fredlig. Miles av privat strand promenader eller sola! Oskydlig skönhet. Platsen kan inte vara beat.

Alla rum har utsikt över vattnet. Det stora rummet har stora fönster med rikligt naturligt ljus. Fastigheten Àr 1. 2 hektar med gammal tillvÀxt vintergröna trÀd. Mycket privat och tyst.

The home was clean and very well appointed. There’s a terrific view, watching cruise ships and others pass by. Nearby access to the beach was a real plus. Easy to walk to the general store, which is delightful! Good communication with the owner.

This cozy house is nestled in the trees in the back with the front yard open to a spectacular view. The neighbor houses on each side are mostly hidden from view and were very quiet. The gas fireplace on the stone hearth added to the charm. The kitchen and bathrooms are well appointed. There are lots of things to do within driving distance. It's a great place for a peaceful getaway. Would have loved to stay longer!!

I'd say 4.5.The home was clean and comfortable. I would suggest a newer T.V. and a stereo of some sort.We had no music and missed the baseball game due to no cable or streaming available..If I had known this, i would have brought a Bluetooth speaker.

Family weekend trip

We had a great stay! A perfect place for our two couples and one child. We loved spending time in the garden and looking over the sea, including spotting a few bald eagles. The beach around the corner is amazing!

Tranquil Beauty on the Puget Sound

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We had a fantastic weekend stay! The property is super cozy and super clean and has sweeping views from Mt. Baker to Mt. Rainier. There is a lot of beach exploring to do on the island, and with Port Townsend just a short drive, you can also find some nice dining and night life options. Highly reccommended!

Always a delight

Marrowstone is an outstanding area for vacationing. The rural community is quiet and beautiful. Views extraordinary. The home is cozy and comfortable.

Family Vacation on Marrowstone

What a stunning location! We were looking for a unique place to spend time with our grown kids, their spouses, and dogs. We certainly found it at this house in Nordland. The house and property had everything we needed to settle in and enjoy one another’s company. The yard overlooking the ocean was a great pace to sit and relax; what a great find! We look forward to returning.

Such a lovely place!

The view is stunning and the property is large and beautiful. The shipping traffic on Admiralty Strait is fun to watch all day long. The beach is a 5 minute walk and a great place for kids to entertain themselves. There are many places to explore, hike and bike ride such as Fort Flagler State Park and nearby Port Townsend. The house has everything you need and very comfortable beds. There is a great selection of games and movies for the evening hours. We have stayed here twice and will keep coming back!

Marrowstone Island Delight

The property was everything we had hoped for and more. We delighted in sitting in the living room when it was storming outside just watching life go by on the San Juan se Fuca and Admiralty Bay. We fell in love with the area and enjoyed the local restaurants. We also purchased wonderful groceries at the QFC and prepared our own meals several nights. We hope to have an opportunity to return to the area soon and would definitely contact Jenny to see if her lovely home is available again.

Relaxing weekend

The view is amazing and the property is unique and beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is very comfortable. We saw deer, hawks, geese, ducks and bald eagles. If the weather was warmer we would have spent all of the time in the backyard. The fireplace was cozy and our family played games and cards all weekend. We needed the relaxing weekend. You just need to bring a good book and food! Short walk to beach! There is a QFC grocery store 15 minutes away if you forget something. Definitely we will be back!

Extremely clean. Breathtaking view. Easy access. The only problem was that the electric wood stove would heat the living room but not the bedrooms. So no air conditioning and no heat.

We came to the Port Townsend Wooden Boats Fest. The house and location was stellar. Peaceful, private, and a very comfortable house to stay in. Great place, the two twin beds are not suitable for tall people. Their feet extended out over mattress. Would like to recommend they put in one more queen bed. Knowing from other reviews they were limited on silverware we brought our own and it worked out well. The house is the best we have stayed in in the immediate area.

Those who visit Marrowstone Island often describe it as magical! Our home has been in our family for almost 30+ years. We love it. As world travelers, we feel Marrowstone is one of the most pristine places, on earth! It is truly special. The natural beauty and peace of the island captured our hearts. While we need to live off the island for now, we hope to move back someday soon. In the meantime, we wish to share this lovely retreat with others.
