Suites at Lava Hot Springs: Suite #4 Mountain Home Theme
The Suites at Lava Hot Springs offer newly remodeled, apart-hotel accommodations in a modernized historic building, ideally located in the heart of downtown Lava Hot Springs.
Note- We are just finishing construction! Anticipated open date is no later than 7/31/25. The unit pictured has similar finishes to this one- see floor plan model for unit layout. More pictures will be provided soon. This beautifully updated suite provides a comfortable and inviting stay, perfect for couples, families, or small groups. This unit only sleeps 2 but can be booked with unit #3 which has a kitchen and sleeps 4 additional people. There is a party door between this unit and Unit 3 with bolt locks from both sides.

Private bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo and hairdryer
Located just steps from Lavaâs World-Famous Hot Pools, the Portneuf River, and the Olympic Pool & Water Park, this suite places you in the center of everything. Plus, with restaurants, shops, and bars within a 5-minute walk, youâll have easy access to all the local favorites.
Important Booking Information
After reserving your suite, you will receive an additional email from our booking platform, OwnerRez, to complete your rental agreement and secure a $200 hold for incidentals. This hold is released three days after your stay, provided there are no issues.
Recent Updates & Transparency
As part of our ongoing commitment to guest safety and comfort, The Suites have been remodeled and reinforced following the structural incident at the neighboring property, The Blue Moon Bar. While our building remained structurally sound, we took this opportunity to enhance our space for an even better guest experience.
Weâre excited to welcome you back and look forward to hosting you for a comfortable and unforgettable stay in Lava Hot Springs!

Suites of Lava Àr vÀrd
We are a young family of 6. Our family has always enjoyed going on outdoor adventures. For the past few years we have explored various National Parks. Lava Hot Springs is one of the Hidden Gems that we fell in love with along the way.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Although being natives to southeast Idaho we didn't become enamored with Lava Hot Springs until we started searching for a family cabin. We happened to come across this building and thought it wasn't quite a cabin, but we could see making and sharing many memories with our family and friends here. It hasn't disappointed :).

Everything is walkable from here. Multiple restaurants are within a block of this property.
