Experience relaxation and peace with family and friends in one of the most beautiful places in Europe, the Costa Vicentina Nature Park on the Atlantic coast. Surrounded by cork oaks and olive trees, this lovingly renovated villa in Portuguese style is located on a 3 hectare plot. The spacious main house for up to 7 adults has four bedrooms (3 double rooms and 1 single room) and two bathrooms with shower/toilet, a spacious living and dining area with gallery and fireplace, an open kitchen in country house style, a shady terrace and a separate area with a pool.

The annex house can be booked if required and offers another two bedrooms and a bathroom for up to 4 additional people. The annex house is only available on request and is usually used for washing laundry. Its uninhabited and there are no other guests.

The house is in a secluded location. The entire property and the pool are only used by you and your privacy is protected. The villa is fully furnished. Towels, beach towels and bed linen are included.

Your holiday home is very quietly located on the hillside with a view of the valley.

Below the mountain, around 150 meters away, is the small holiday home of Monte Labarito.

The property is surrounded by fragrant eucalyptus forests, cork oaks and olive trees in the middle of the wild and romantic Alentejo. The next largest towns are Reliquias and Sao Luis, where there are some good restaurants. The district town of Odemira offers all kinds of shopping opportunities, as does the popular seaside resort of Vila Nova de Milfontes.

Enjoy the sun and the relaxing sea climate on long walks on the Rota Vicentina along the deserted sandy beaches of the Atlantic coast. Explore beautiful, secluded bays and discover the typical Portuguese villages with their friendly people. Away from the hustle and bustle of the Algarve, you can feel the original Portugal here.

Perfect quiet location, serene and a wonderful change from the Algarve where we have a house. We enjoyed the house, the pool and exploring the area. Santa Clara Dam, canoeing on the Mira River in Odemira. Beaching in Milfontes and Porto Covo : all recommended and easy to get to. So beautiful driving around among the olive and cork trees ! Would certainly return.

Wir waren rundum glĂŒcklich am Monte Labarito, Berenice und Ingo sind tolle Gastgeber, Shirley hat sich vor Ort rĂŒhrend gekĂŒmmert. Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung war sehr prĂ€zise. Die Ausstattung lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Das Haus und die Lage sind wunderbar, im und ums Haus gibt es reichlich behaglich eingerichtete PlĂ€tze zum Verweilen. Die absolute Ruhe und die duftend schöne Luft sorgten fĂŒr reichlich Entspannung. Ein Sprung in den Pool brachte Erfrischung. Die StrĂ€nde und HafenstĂ€dte in der NĂ€he sind lohnende Ausflugsziele. Wir können diese Unterkunft allen Naturliebhabern empfehlen.

Es war wundervoll...

Das Haus der der Traum. Es ist alles so schön dort, so liebevoll eingerichtet, dass man sich einfach nur wohl fĂŒhlen kann. Die Betten sind herrlich ( sehr wichtig, gute Matratzen) und die BettwĂ€sche auch. Die offene KĂŒche und die Terrasse auf der man den ganzen Tag verbringen kann sind super schön gestaltet, ebenso wie der Garten samt Pool. Zum Meer braucht man ungefĂ€hr 30 Minuten, oder lĂ€nger, je nachdem wo man hinwill. Wir haben es aber erstaunlich wenig vermisst, wenn wir nicht jeden Tag da waren, weil der Ort einfach so schön ist und man da sofort komplett tiefenentspannt. Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit und werden sicher noch mal wieder kommen. Danke

Top Haus, Top Service

Das Haus und GrundstĂŒck sind sehr schön und in einem tadellosen Zustand. Sogar noch schöner als aus den Bildern hervorgeht. An Ausstattung ist alles da, was man sich wĂŒnschen kann. Sowohl im Vorfeld als auch wĂ€hrend des Aufenthalts haben uns die Vermieter ausgezeichnet mit Informationen versorgt und es gab jederzeit einen erreichbaren Ansprechpartner. Fragen wie "Wo steht der Hochstuhl?" wurden unkompliziert und schnell ĂŒber WhatsApp geklĂ€rt. Die Lage ist etwas abseits und dadurch sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 20 Minuten entfernt, daher empfiehlt es sich EinkĂ€ufe wenigstens auf ein paar Tage zu planen. Man bekommt dort aber alles was man auch nur brauchen kann. Insgesamt eine sehr tolle Erfahrung. Mit dem super Service meine mit Abstand beste Mieterfahrung bisher. Jederzeit wieder!

Beautiful and peaceful place

The house is located in a hilltop, isolated from other houses. It is amazingly quite. In clear nights, there is a wonderful view of the starry sky. We were seven, six adults and a baby, and we stayed for a full week. We had a great time. The house is decorated nicely. The owner responded promptly to our requests, as did Katrin and Alex. The place is ideal to rest, chat with family and friends, immerse in the small pool, read, eat, and relax.

Sehr ruhig gelegen

Wer ungestört urlaub verbringen will kann hier bedenkenlos hinfahren. Das haus ist gut im schuss und bietet alles was man braucht. Die agentur und alles ist sehr vertrauenswĂŒrdig und empfehlenswert. Wir kannten uns im alentejo bereits ein wenig aus und wussten daher auch, dass man z.b. Wasser sparen soll usw. Wer entspannen will und abseits der belebten strĂ€nde sein möchte ist hier richtig. Trotzdem sind die strĂ€nde (milfontes oder zambujeira) innerhalb 30-40 minuten erreichbar. Wer wĂ€rmer baden möchte ist auch in ca. 50 min. Am santa clara stausee

Wunderschönes Traumhaus zum WohlfĂŒhlen

Das Haus ist ein kleines Paradies. Man kommt rein und fĂŒhlt sich direkt wohl. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Ausblick ist einzigartig, die Einrichtung wunderschön, die Ausstattung perfekt. Wir haben uns alle- Erwachsene, Kleinkind und Baby- gefĂŒhlt, wie zuhause und hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Berenices Unterkunft. Es war perfekt! Liebe Berenice, vielen Dank, dass wir in Deinem Haus eine so schöne Zeit verbringen durften! Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder!

I've been an enthusiastic fan of Portugal for twenty years and can finally offer you this holiday home on our property in Portugal. My family and I enjoy this unique place. Whenever possible, we spend our time there. No matter what the weather, I enjoy my coffee on the terrace in the morning, listen to the goats in the valley and enjoy this soothing silence, the vastness of nature and this cosiness. Everyone is at home right away, and with themselves!
And if you love the hustle and bustle, or the beaches - everything is easily accessible by car. The house breathes the original nature, surrounded by cork oaks, eucalyptus and olive trees. Discover the Alentejo and the people here too - I would be happy if you like it as much as I do.
We have completely renovated the house in 2018, furnished with great attention to detail and trying to create a very natural and casual atmosphere. A place where everyone feels comfortable from the first moment.
For the on-site handling, the preparation of the house, cleaning and laundry, a competent management partner is always at your side.
I look forward to seeing you and wish you a relaxing and romantic holiday, away from everyday life, in the casual atmosphere of Monte Labarito!
