La Casa De Gerardo is a clean, safe, and peaceful fully furnished 2-bedroom condominium that's just a 25-minute drive to Manila and 20-minute drive to Alabang. It has a kitchenette complete with basic cooking and dining utensils, a 50-inch curve TV where you can watch your favorite Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV movies/shows, play video games on a game console, and a swimming pool you can book for a minimal fee (for 4 persons only, subject to availability, advance booking is required). To add more fun to your staycation, we provided board and card games: Jenga, Uno, and Dos! Getting in and around the place is easy because Grab Car is available. You can also have your favorite food delivered via Grab Food and Food Panda.

Hello and welcome to La Casa De Gerardo! My husband "Ritchie" and I own and co-manage this lovely unit. Both of us have years of experience in the service industry but I, in particular, have worked in a hotel abroad for almost 4 years so we can assure you that we do our best to give you 5-star quality service all the time. We would love to host your staycation so we hope to see you at the Casa Felice soon.

Our unit at La Casa de Gerardo is relatively new so it's fresh, it's clean, there's a 24-hour security for every building so it's safe, and peaceful. If you need a break from it all, Casa Felice is your place to be. We can also arrange for a home service massage so you can relax and rejuvenate at the safety and comfort of your room at Casa Felice. You can have your favorite meals delivered right to your doorstep, too! Just order from Grab food or Food Panda and your sumptuous meal will be delivered in no time.

We extend a warm welcome to guests seeking both short-term and long-term accommodation options. We are pleased to offer up to 40% discounts for guests intending to stay with us for extended periods. It is important to note, however, that our monthly rates include specific water and electric credits. Our electricity policy permits a maximum billing amount of Php 6000 per month, while water is capped at P500. Any overages will be billed to the guest accordingly.
