Retreat to the beach in this quaint villa-style bay-front community, situated between North Fenwick Island and South Bethany Beach Delaware. The Narrows is a small association of 15 residences, overlooking the Assawoman Bay and featuring a private outdoor pool, beach access across the highway, and a private waterfront gazebo.
This end-unit townhome provides the best features of two of Delaware's favorite beaches. Offering easy access to both Fenwick Island and Bethany Beach, you'll never be far from any of each resort's conveniences. Entering the residence from the entry-level carport, the elevated first floor of this beach home features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a private bayfront balcony located off of the owner's suite. The first bedroom, located near the front door has a queen-size bed and a tv. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full-on bottom. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a ceiling fan and tv. The master bathroom suite attached to the master bedroom has a large walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. The other bedrooms share a hallway bathroom.
The second floor boasts an open and airy living room with a tv, wifi, and comfortable seating. The dining area has seating for 6, and the fully stocked kitchen has everything needed to prepare a great meal. The living room is also complemented by cathedral ceilings and a spacious deck offering panoramic views north overlooking the bay and South Bethany Beach.
The third floor welcomes you with an open concept loft area.
A washer and dryer are available for your convenience.
Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towel sets per guest.
