KID-FRIENDLY

Traveling with kids and feeling like you are bringing your whole house with you? We offer a Disney-approved double stroller, kid-friendly dinnerware, and a high chair for your convenience. These are located in the big closet near the garage

WHAT WE PROVIDE

Free WIFI, Streaming services, parking, and club amenities with transportation. We supply a starter set of amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishwasher soap, laundry pods, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. to get you started on your vacation.


HOUSEKEEPING

There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Parking

Additional parking is on the side of the streets. They are scattered throughout the community. All parking spaces, except for single-family homes, are first come first serve. Any overflow cars will need to find a parking spot in the community. Overnight parking is allowed but not at the clubhouse.

POOL HEATER & GRILL INFORMATION:

Pool Heating is $35 per day and this must be requested at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior to check-in.
Pool Heating stays for the length of your reservation or a minimum of 3 days.
The heater system is on from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and the temperature is set between 80 F to 102 F degrees
(Please note the pool takes a little while to get WARM, and it's not a Hot Tub or a Jacuzzi).
The pool heater works through heat exchange and might not function when the weather is near freezing.
Just let us know that you want the pool heating service and we can add the amount to your reservation or if it's an VRBO booking, we can send you a request for payment after you complete the booking.
*Pool Depth is 3ft deep on one side and 5ft deep on the other.
*Pool heating can be used at an additional charge
* Barbecue / Grill: Is free to use upon request, 1 propane tank onsite, refill accordingly after use.
* Please put all trash in the bin outside the front door. Trash will be picked up daily
*Keep in mind this is not a jacuzzi or hot tub, it is a spa with no independent temperature control, so the temperature of the pool and the spa will be the same.
*This resort does not allow USPS package deliveries.

PET FRIENDLY

*Pet fee per pet - US$ 99 (we allow one middle-size or two small dogs only per reservation)
*We provide food and water bowls, doggie bags, and throw blankets.
*Although our home is pet friendly, no animals are allowed at the Hideaway Club.

House-trained dogs are permitted but MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE BOOKING. Owners must clean up after their pets. Dogs are not permitted on furniture (sofas, beds, etc.). Pets are not allowed in the Potter’s Paradise room, as well as in the pool. There is a $99 pet fee per pet to help cover the cost of additional cleaning and wear and tear, and guests are fully responsible for the new replacement cost of any damage. Maximum of two (2) dogs permitted for any guest confirmed booking. Additional pets must be disclosed and agreed upon. We provide food and water bowls, doggie bags, and throw blankets. Although our home is pet friendly, no animals are allowed at the Hideaway Club. We can add the pet fee to your reservation and complete the booking.

Spacious, great for family

We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious very family, friendly house. It was close to stores, restaurants and to the parks. The hosts were very accommodating. we will definitely be visiting again.🙂🙂

Excellent home. Plenty of room for my family of four, my sister’s family of four and our parents. Such cute decor and close to everything. Owner was very responsive and understanding! We would definitely go back! We had a great weekend

It’s a lovely home very cosy the colours in the house make you feel comforting. The best part of the house was the pool my kids had a blast. Love that it’s next to a lot of shops restaurants and Close to Disney and sea world.

Exceeded expectations!

We had a perfect stay at Potter’s Place! The kids loved the themed rooms, game room, and pool. The house was spacious and well stocked with blankets, pillows, towels, and everything we needed to cook meals. The hideaway club pool was perfect for low-key afternoons and the location was close to Disney (15 - 20 minutes). Check-in and out was easy and convenient and the owners kept all the necessary information organized and easily accessible. Thanks for a great stay!!

In a nice neighborhood close to the attractions

The house was very nice. It was super big and it was close to everything that we needed to go to. We did a Disney trip this time and we didn’t have to drive very far. It is very spacious and it was clean and it was even quiet, even though there are neighbors all around. It was a nice subdivision. I guess the only thing is we are excited about the pool, but didn’t realize that you had to pay extra to get it heated so we are a little disappointing with that. But it was a very nice day we would stay again.

Jason, thank you so much for an amazing vacation. Your home feels like home for us. You provided everything we needed. The house is so clean and organized. You were so quick to respond to our messages. We can't thank you enough for allowing us to stay here. We look forward to our next adventure there and we give you five stars all the way around. Also, your cleaning crew is absolutely amazing! They showed up at least 15 minutes early, parked across the street and waited on us. They recognized us from our last trip and were so kind to us. Long weekend stay

House is great! Thoughtfully decorated, kids loved the themed rooms - Harry Potter and toy story. We didn't use the stroller but nice to know it's there and can be used, same with the BBQ. We have stayed at probably a dozen other houses in storey lake and this is the first one that feels like a house people live in. Cozy and nice. Garage game room was my 7 year old's favorite. Pool/whirlpool heat didn't seem to be working, but owner refunded the payment. Wifi worked well and was fast. Owners responsive to questions. Would definitely stay again!

Great Trip

Loved this property the house was wonderful. The only issue was pool spa side was a little too close to other house. It would have been nice to have some privacy plants or shades in between houses. When we were in the pool you could talk to neighbor like they were in your area. I also wished there was a chair in vanity space upstairs master bath, but other then that it was awesome. We had a light issue in kitchen, but owner was aware and responded to me very quickly. Lazy river was great as well. Overall wonderful home.

Nice Property

The property’s location is really close to most activities in Orlando and pretty close to the club house and pool area as well. The house as far as rooms and bathrooms where very clean, the home can use a fresh coat of paint though.The pool was only used the first day do to the fact that it was green the rest of the trip. Communication with the property manager/owner was quick and sufficient but did not resolve the pool issue and the grandkids where disappointed for sure. The grill needs some cleaning as well and was leaking greasy stuff onto the deck by the pool and on the wall. The pool area defiantly could use some TLC. The kitchen was well equipped but could not find dish towels. The bedrooms are large and will serve a large group well. The garage has games for teens which my grandkids enjoyed but was a little hot to be in there for long periods of time. With everything remedied you could really enjoy this home.

Nice and quiet

Communication with Jason was amazing he was quick to answer any questions you needed answered. We loved the place especially since it has a pool and you didn’t have to worry about a crowd. The bedrooms were very comfortable and with a big family its very roomy. We will definitely be back.
