Cozy and comfortable 2-bedroom condo in the Tucson foothills. Everything you need for a live-in ready home suitable for any length stay. Open living room with a Smart TV, stacked Washer + Dryer, full kitchen with appliances, dining area, outdoor patio, and dedicated work desks in each bedroom.
Enjoy gorgeous views and hiking, along with a community pool and hot tub access (heated year-round).
Easy access to everything on the NE side of Tucson, including world-class hiking in Sabino Canyon.
The Space:
Perfect for short term visits and long stays alike. You'll love the year-round heated pool and hot tub. Inside, you'll get a comfortable place to relax and unwind from a long day of hiking or travel. Need to get some work done? Work desks are included in both rooms, along with speedy internet for a perfect work-from-"home" location.
Great for those looking to get away from the inner-city hustle and bustle and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding desert and world-class hiking.

Plenty of parking out front, unit access from street up a single flight of stairs (2nd story apt)

This property is terrific all year round for a visit to Tucson. The Catalina Foothills area boasts fantastic art galleries, spectacular golf courses, to-die-for restaurants, great shopping, and world class hiking.
Convenient access to the El Tour de Tucson cycling event. Located near the 102-mile route, it's an ideal spot for participants and spectators. Enjoy the excitement of the race and relax in our comfortable, well-appointed space. Book now to enhance your El Tour de Tucson experience!
Other Things to Note:
Nearby some amazing restaurants. Grocery shopping at Safeway just across the street.
Please do not use the fireplace inside, it is permanently sealed up and is a fire hazard if you light anything.
We are unfortunately not responsible for the pool and commons area, if there are any issues or concerns please do let us know so we can reach out to the HOA. The community has weekly cleanings to maintain the area clean!

Our air conditioning system is designed to maintain a comfortable temperature, but during periods of excessive heat, it may take longer to cool the space to your desired level.
