an unexpected pleasure
The neighborhood is very convenient for my purposes: close to the Botanic Gardens, Sabino Canyon and Tohono Chul. Two caveats: make sure you have the letter of the building and the apartment number before your arrival. It's a large complex, but access is simple. the unit is almost directly across from the entrance to the complex. Drive straight ahead and park at the first available space in front of the building.A caveat: it's on the second floor, with steep steps; not for anyone with mobility issues. The unit is nicely laid out. the rooms are small, but very serviceable. There is a large walk in close in the master bedroom. Everything works: water, heat, stacking washer/dryer, stove, microwave, dishwasher. fridge. both beds had excellent, very comfortable mattresses. I don't watchTV , so I can't speak to the set. there's a small balcony with a great view of the Catalinas. my sciatica flared up during my visit, so I couldn't go on my usual walks, but the neighborhood is a collection of casitas, which owners have done up nicely. strong recommend.
