Business meetings, game days, family entertainment, outdoor recreation, and relaxation await at this 3-bedroom/3-bath townhome. Fully equipped with modern comforts, including WIFI, a workspace, Smart TV/s & a deck, this Morgantown vacation rental is the ideal gathering space for any occasion. Take a short drive to explore the shops and local foodie destinations or enjoy a scenic hike at Coopers Rock State Forest. Check out the downtown scene and enjoy dinner at a neighborhood bistro!
The "key" access is an app called August. Once you book, you will receive instructions on how to set it up & you'll receive an invitation to the Airbnb address. Once you download the app & set up an account, you will see the invitation there for this address. Then, once you arrive at the front door and open the app, you'll see a red circle indicating the door is locked. Tap the red circle and it will turn green and unlock the door. It's pretty slick. If you feel you may have trouble with this, please let us know and we can leave a physical key for you instead.
The townhouse is 3 levels. You will enter the garage or front door on main level (there is also a game room which you'll access through a door at the back of the garage. There is a flight of stairs up to the first floor where you'll find the kitchen/living room/one bathroom/laundry room. Then another flight of stairs leads to the 3 bedrooms and other 2 bathrooms.
There is a Pack-n-Play available. If you need it, please request it before your stay so we can have it set up for you. If you have any other requests, please let us know ahead of time so we can do our best to accommodate your request.
Also, of note, the dumpster is located at the bottom of the property to the right of the Dog Park. This is where we ask that you dispose of all trash. 24-hour Fitness Center on the property, key fob is provided in the townhouse

I have traveled the world and experienced a lot of amazing places and people. There's just something special about Mogantown, WV that drew me in. It's what happens to a lot of people...they come to visit and never leave. This townhome is the perfect spot to chill out with family or friends, take advantage of the cool game room which includes a pool table, pac man, foosball. Such a fun addition to this beautiful, spacious townhome! Everything you need is here. Location can't be beat, close to everywhere you want and need to be in Morgantown yet tucked away in a quiet community.

Spacious rooms, large full kitchen with everything you need, nice big garage, game room, king master suite, 3 full bathrooms, laundry room and a deck off the dining area with outdoor furniture and a grill where you can enjoy the outdoors.
