Watch the palms sway in the breeze and listen to the sound of the waves gently crashing on the beach directly in front of your beautiful ground-floor floor completely remodeled 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom oceanfront condo at Pacific Beach in Potrero, Costa Rica. The sunsets are unbelievable, and your views include Catalina Islands, the brand new Flamingo Marina, and Potrero Bay are amazing! This is one of two condos we have available in this beachfront complex.
Comfortably appointed in beach dĂ©cor, you will find everything you need for beachfront living. The large open plan has a fully equipped modern chef’s kitchen with a gas stove, large living area, and opens onto the spacious veranda complete with grill and outdoor dining.
The bedroom is bright and coastal, with a king bed, en suite bathroom, and plenty of closet space. This fantastic condo has been updated and includes high-efficiency split system A/C and ceiling fans in each area.
Pacific Beach condos are located right on the beach and have an ocean view pool with an adjacent sundeck. A sprawling, grassy area backyard awaits for playing games. Potrero is an easy walk and has many restaurants, easy shopping at the market, and a pharmacy. Dental and medical services are right across the street. We are the Rill family from Washington State in the USA. We have been coming to Costa Rica since 2009 and bought our first investment property in Playa Hermosa, GTE, Costa Rica called Hacienda Hermosa. We since have added two condos in the Presidential Suites complex in Playa Flamingo where we have been living and two beachfront condos in the Pacific Beach Condo complex in Playa Potrero, the most recent one in 2022. Needless to say, we love Costa Rica. Both of our children graduated from an international high school here in Costa Rica and my wife teaches here as well. We of course love the weather where we can be outside year-round.

The Pacific Beach complex offers a central location to many of the area's best beaches. It also puts you right in the middle of some of the best beach towns with all the restaurants, bars, and shopping. The area is level and flat making it easy to get around whether by car, golf cart, bicycle, or walking. Why not stay right on the beach since you are coming all the way to Costa Rica?
