Wake up to Amazing SUNRISE VIEWS! Enjoy the Private Condominium Beach, LAKE ERIE VIEWS from the BALCONY, and a Protected Wildlife Area on the back side of the building. This Unit has an open Living Room/Kitchen/Dining Room with access to the Lakefront Balcony. Up the spiral stairs, on the Second Floor there is a Master Bedroom with a comfortable Queen Bed, a Skylight and full bath. The balcony/loft area off the bedroom has Additional Sleeping Space with a Queen size Futon, or use it as a Private Sitting Area. Downstairs there is an Additional Guest Bedroom with a Twin over Full Bunk Bed and a Second Full Bathroom. The kitchen is completely equipped for dining in.
Enjoy the restaurants and activities within walking distance on Middle Bass OR or take a quick water taxi ride to Put-In-Bay to enjoy all that South Bass Island has to offer.

Great place at Middle Bass

Place was clean and ready when we arrived. Plenty of dishes, extra bedding, glasses, soap, towels, basic ice cubes, coffee for the coffee maker, and other useful stuff. The beutiful view of the lake off the balcony was a continued source of pleasure. cofee maker

Perfect place with a view

Upon arriving I noticed the view! Excellent! Beautiful! My friends were all in awe over the cleanliness and view. The balcony was great to hangout on and hear the water crashing into the rocks. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep. One of my friends slept on the couch as she said it super comfy. The 5 of us had a wonderful time and will be back. Middle bass was more our style. Having 2 bathrooms came in handy. The host was great to communicate with.

Great Trip to MIB

Great trip to MBI & PIB. Bring CASH for the shuttle, since the walk from the ferry port is about a mile (which is a bit long if you're bringing your luggage). Beautiful view from the balcony, rooms were as advertised. Host was responsive and informative.

Middle bass vacation

Our stay was AMAZING! We will be booking again next summer. The hosts were so easy to work with amd provided everything we could have asked for. The view was beautiful and the condo was super clean and nice. Thank you so much! We look forward to booking again

Birthday trip

This is a cute condo and we would definitely stay again 💗 Thank you Penny. There was coffee and filters and bathroom items like shower gel and shampoo which made our stay really nice. There is no gas station on the island so make sure to fill up before you take your car over.

Celebrating a 50th Birthday in Middle Bass

Our condo was clean and cozy. The coffee shop on the island was top notch and everyone was friendly. The shuttle service wasn't real dependable but they do show up and do their best. I think it is more of a staffing issue. All in all, we enjoyed our weekend and would consider returning.

Perfect weekend

Great get away weekend at Middle Bass Island with family and friends. The condo was clean and had a nice layout for everyone. Comfortable beds for the adults and a futon big enough for two kids (age 11 and 14). Nice to have two full bathrooms for everyone to use as well. The water has a little bit of a sulfur smell and taste so you may want to bring your own water bottles for drinking. It’s fine for coffee or cooking though. The ice at the island restaurants also have that smell so it’s something you have to get used to. Definitely not a deal breaker though, the island has a lot to offer and we would visit again in a heartbeat. The downstairs table folds out and was perfect for adults playing euchre/cards in the evening while the kids hung out in the loft area. We are a fairly active crew and could walk to and from the ferry within 20-30 minutes depending on if we had our bags or not. There is a shuttle you can call if you don’t want to walk. There is also a good pizza place within a reasonable walking distance. The owner was easy to work with and had quick responses when we had questions. Overall a very nice weekend and we would love to stay at this location again if it’s available next time we head to the island. *We also hopped on the Sonny to PIB but only stayed a few hours because it was getting a little too wild for the kids. Nice to be able to do that but make sure you have cash because they don’t take any other form of payment.

Great Views on MBI

We came to MBI for a family wedding and this was a great place for my family of 3. The view from the balcony was amazing! The host was super responsive and helped out with anything we needed.

Middle Bass family getaway

Met my brother and his family up in middle bass for a large family vacation. Everything worked out perfectly. We did not bring a car but were able to walk wherever we needed to go. A public pool a private beach a night out with music. It was a great time has by all. The property faced the lake with a beach and nice balcony to enjoy the sunrise. Clean and well appointed Bring your own food to make meals. There’s not much at the little market.

Fantastic Stay!

We had a delightful stay at this property! Penny was lovely to work with and quickly responded to all my questions! The property was clean and location quite! There was also a delightful little beach that we loved relaxing at. The pizza at the local pizza shop was also amazing! Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Middle Bass Island. The views from the balcony are breathtaking! The condo was spotless and kept very very clean. Our host was an absolute pleasure to work with and communicated openly and promptly the whole weekend. If you are looking for a nice getaway I would highly recommend it. I went in June 2022 with my wife and two kids (2) (4)
