This is a light and bright space located walking distance to the Santa Fe Plaza! The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful with apricot and apple trees galore!

The space has been thoughtfully designed and decorated, with comfortable beds and cozy pillows and blankets! There is a wonderful kiva to keep cozy in the winter months as well as air conditioner and heat throughout the home.

This is the main house of a duplex and wonderful place to easily enjoy all that charming Santa Fe has to offer!
The space
This is a lovely home. There is one bedroom upstairs as well as one bathroom. The kitchen and the living room are also located upstairs.

Downstairs there is a large bedroom/office as well as a washer and dryer and another full bath.
Guest access
The front courtyard is a shared access point to each of the units front doors.

There is one parking spot in the driveway for the guests of this home.
Please park on the far left of the driveway.
The other car you will see is for the neighbor (not associated with our property).
Please do not block the front gate with any vehicles.
Other things to note
This is the main house of a duplex. The front courtyard is a shared access point to each of the units front doors. The front courtyard is reserved for Casita guests to sit outside and enjoy. The private backyard is for guests of the main house (this listing) to enjoy.

WINTER ADVISORY: Please It does snow in the winter in Santa Fe. It doesn't always stick, but it does snow, so please be prepared.
We have shovels for your use should you need them.

we do not provide laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner or body soap.
we do not restock basic supplies during your stay.
