Enjoy the beauty of Lake Bryan at this lakefront luxury condo in Blue Heron Resort! You will have access to the heated lagoon-style pool with a baby pool, private dock, Wetlands Walk, hot tub, and a lakefront tropical hut. This condo is conveniently located off Route 4, only one mile from Disney, four and a half miles from SeaWorld, and just over eight miles from Universal Studios. Mini golf fun is just under five miles away at Pirate's Cove. Luxury shoppers will enjoy being just two miles away from Vineland Premium Outlets. Of course, it's not a visit to Orlando until you travel eight and a half miles and hit up Gatorland!

Drop the luggage and relax in the plush living room area, or enjoy the amazing views out on the patio! The living room provides a sofa bed, and the kids will love bunking out in the hallway bunks, a unique regional feature.

Things to Know
Blue Heron Beach Resort charges a $27 resort fee per stay. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Dock details: The resort has a dock on-site — the perfect place to enjoy a beautiful sunset.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

5 star property

5 star property and location is as-advertised. Super clean and convenient to area attractions (for reference, Disney Springs and the Swan and Dolphin resorts are visible from the condo). There was some confusion about the reservation with the front desk, but the receptionist was very friendly and got it sorted out. We would definitely stay here again.

we loved the space, the kitchen was big enough for us and very well equipped (pans, pots, cutlery, glasses, molds, etc.), clean apartment, suite with hydromassage bath, very well located, 10 minutes from Disney and of all the Brazilian places we wanted to visit, heated pool, baby pool and whirlpool, very good service. we will definitely be looking for Vacasa again on our next vacation. Just something’s was dirty when we arrive but as requested they provide the stuffs to clean, which was not a problem at all for us.

Nice condo, decent location

The condo overall was clean and nice. The front desk workers were excellent and friendly. I had to contact Vacasa about the broken chain lock when we got there. I wished we had that extra security since it was me and my 2 daughters. One of the elevators in our tower did not work with the multiple key cards we were given. We resorted to just using the stairs up the multiple floors. The front desk and maintenance attempted to fix it. Several people had an issue with this. We must have been extra unlucky because the other two elevators never dropped for us to try those. I suggest renters bring hot pads for the oven, glasses to drink out of, and any special kitchen utensils you normally use. They do have pots, pans, lots of small drinking glasses, plates, bowls, silverware, and mixing bowls. The top bunk is cramped with a low ceiling. My daughter hit her head a few times. There are plugs on both levels on the bunks for charging things. The ladder makes lots of noise when the person goes up and down it. The place looks updated so no issues there. It is close to Disney, 17-30 minutes from the convention center, and little farther to Universal. The pools, dock, game room, and fitness areas were well maintained. There is a balcony and you get a good view of the lake where you might spot a gator or two. The front walkway is open so you can view the fireworks from Disney.

Decent unit, poor customer service

This unit/resort is a great value for the money (found it at a discount), but we had several issues with responses from Vacasa during our stay that caused unneeded stress. We were on hold for far too long over a simple issue (missing hair dryer). Don't count on the app to unlock the door - never worked for us. We had a BIG problem with the late check out that resulted in us being locked out of the room (fortunately we didn't miss our flight). So enjoy the resort and unit, but don't get your hopes up if things go wrong. You won't get help.

Better then we thought

We loved the space. the kitchen was big enough for us and very well equipped (pans, pots, cutlery, glasses, bake stuffs, etc.), clean apartment, suite with hydromassage bath, very well located, 10 minutes from Disney and of all the Brazilian places we wanted to visit, heated pool, baby pool and whirlpool, very good service. we will definitely be looking for Vacasa again on our next vacation.

SPRING BREAK 2022

Great apartment and location !

We loved our stay in Orlando thanks to our wonderful stay at this apartment which is situated in the heart of Williamsburg . The resort is conveniently located with theme parks, restaurants and premium shopping outlets only a short drive away. The apartment was super clean and well stocked with linens, toiletries, paper towels, dishwasher soap, kitchen cutlery etc. and had plenty of room to accommodate five of us. The lake views from the balcony were spectacular and staff at the resort were very polite and helpful. Overall, very pleased with our experience and certainly intend on coming back !

Nice view and extra clean!

This location was very nice and the location was convenient. The lake view was especially nice overlooking the pool. The only issue was the neighbors allowing their door to slam every morning of our stay at 8 am going in and out with their family. Oh and don’t forget your Tivo stick/Roku/Firestick because there is basic cable only inside the unit and the property association only provides them to guests who rented with them. The streaming device would have been great to have since free wifi is included.
