Studio apartment featuring all of your essentials including queen bed, dresser, wireless internet, kitchenette with all of the basic essentials including a full refrigerator and stove, Vizio TV with the ability to stream your favorite sites. Close to town and local entertainment.
Guest Access:
Full access to the apartment, internet and electronic check in.
Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

Food Deliveries: Shipt dot com can deliver food directly to you.
Sleeping Capacity: The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.

Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.
Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.
Parties and Smoking Policy: Strictly no parties and no smoking. A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
