Enjoy your stay in our unique studio suite located in the heart of Arequipa. The studio is equipped with all your basic kitchen needs for a quick snack before exploring the beauty of the city.
Arequipa is known as Peruâs white city, and itâs called because of the all-white Plaza de Armas. The most interesting fact that you should know about it is that the buildings are all white because theyâre made out of volcanic sillar. Explore its wonders and beautiful scenery while staying at our private 1 bedroom unit. Relax on the hotel quality queen size bed. It offers kitchenette, shower and tv for your entertainment. Perfect spot for couple or solo traveller who loves nature & culture.
Some Peruvians regard Arequipa as the most âimportantâ city in all of Peru, even more so than the capital of Lima, in large part due to its historical significance. With awe-inspiring museums, churches, cathedrals, and monasteries around every corner, you will need to move quickly, or be selective to see them all.
The property is approximately 4.2 Kilometers or about 15 minutes from the Airport by taxi depending on the traffic situation. It is 4 blocks or about 5 minutes walking from the building to the main square - Plaza de Armas.
The Space:
This is micro suite unit , you will have your private studio suite with kitchenette and bedroom. A compact bathroom with toilet and shower is available, there's no partition that separates the toilet and shower area. The standard height & width of the bathroom may be narrow for tall people.
No washer/dryer for this unit. If you prefer to have your clothes washed during your stay, please make use of the laundry services in the neighborhood. Thank you for your cooperation

You have the entire space during your stay. You will not share your suite with anyone else in the building.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is situated walking distance to bars, cafes, restaurants, museums and hospitals. It is located in a central area; 4 blocks or about 5 minutes walking from the building to the main square - Plaza de Armas and one block from the San Lazaro square where there are very good bars and restaurants.
You are walking distance from the famous and trendy Mercaderes Street where no cars are allowed on the street. The pedestrianization of Mercaderes Street might be the best decision the former mayor could have made for Arequipa.
You are 5 minutes away from Fundo El Fierro where you can buy local and national handcrafts; great tourist destination looking to buy a local souvenir.
Getting Around:
The property is approximately 4.2 Kilometers or about 15 minutes from the Airport by taxi depending on the traffic situation.
We recommend you down load tine inDrive app to request a taxi. Uber is available but taxi's are more convenient.
There is some zones on the street where you can park for free but it usually gets full. Paid private parking with security camera is available in front of the building.

Bottled Water: If guests would like to purchase bottled water during their stay, an additional fee will apply. The 7-liter bottle is priced at 10 soles, while the 20-liter bottle is priced at 20 soles.
