Large house, just steps to beach for sun and fun. 800 feet from beach to be exact. On channel for fishing and boating. 4 BR, 3 BA, also three queen sleeper sofas in living room areas (2 upper level and 1 lower level), less than 1 mile from Cherry Grove pier. Large front and back decks for relaxation, family gatherings, cooking out, sunbathing, Jet tub in large master suite. Jack and Jill bedrooms with joint bathroom. Large front patio for family gatherings. All in a quiet neighborhood. Relax on either deck and hear the waves from the ocean. Enjoy the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Close to award winning golf courses. Travel, entertainment, shopping, dining, theater, children's activities all nearby. Property has two kitchens and two living rooms.

Very nice home and location, short walk to beach, lots of porch sitting areas. Love fishing in the canal. Great location.

Nice location

Overall a nice place to stay. Location was nice. Beach was easy. Access beds were comfortable. Everything was clean when we got there. The locks are a little tricky but overall the place is very comfortable and plenty of places to hang out. Really loved the covered porch!

FAMILY BEACH TRADITION

What an amazing week. Great house, quiet neighborhood, and so close to the beach. This house has everything you need, full working kitchen, which we cooked nightly, new appliances plus an inserted cabinet ice machine, epic, and an open floor concept. Very clean and comfortable beds, towels unlimited, and multiple seating areas for social and/or private. Both front and back decks, comfortably decorated with an overhang in case of rain. Great place to enjoy your morning coffee and/or evening drink, plus a nice view of the canal off back deck. In addition, we played games on the spacious manicured backyard, while enjoying additional outdoor seating areas. Wonderful accommodating hosts. The pictures don’t do it justice. We can’t say enough, a gem. We would absolutely stay here again.

Family Fun

The property was great for fishing and a short walk to the beach… appliances were new and having washer/dryer & ice maker in kitchen area was a great asset. The upstairs master shower stall was a bit small and the master bedroom didn’t offer a closet for hanging clothes. The owners were very obliging in answering all my questions & concerns. Loved sitting on the front & back porches

Cherry Grove Gem

Very enjoyable stay at this beautiful comfortable Beach House. Decks are well appointed with comfortable outdoor furniture. Very convenient location. Easy walk to the Beach. We brought some crab traps and were rewarded with some nice Blue Crabs off the back dock.
