Needs Updates
PROS: The house is in a great location and quiet neighborhood. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. The dock in the backyard is nice for fishing. The front porch and decks are great for lazy mornings and evenings although they need some work. The owners are quick to respond to your needs. The coffee pot quit working in the middle of our stay and the owner ordered a new one that was delivered the same day. Lots of bed linens and towels. CONS: The outside is deceiving. The house could use a good deep cleaning. The floors were very dirty when we got there. The house was very dusty. Lots of dust and even food under furniture. The drawers in the kitchen and cabinets were dirty. We didnât want to put the silverware back in the drawers after they were washed. Items left in the fridge that we had to throw away. Items left in washer and dryer. The house needs many many updates. The front door had a handle that would fall off every time someone tried to go outside. After a while, it became very frustrating. The bottom drawer of the dishwasher stopped working all together. Plaster was falling from the ceiling. Just not up to par of our standards.
