Amazing Bayfront views and Sunsets! Across the street from the beach!

Meticulously maintained condo for your enjoyment. This is our home away from home that we use often and we would love to share with you. Direct communication with the owner throughout your stay. Come make family memories!

New for 2023: Freshly painted decks and entire interior. Also, new carpeting in both bedrooms.

Direct Bayfront 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with amazing views! Corner unit with both western and southern facing balconies; offering breathtaking sunset views and plenty of warm natural light throughout the condo. Master bedroom offers a comfortable queen sized bed and a private screened in balcony with seating for 5 to enjoy dinner or drinks. Master bath has a large walk-in shower. Second bedroom features a full over full sized bunk bed, as well as a twin extra long bed. Guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Bright, open floor plan in the main living area with a cozy living room, dining area, and kitchen; all with spectacular views of the bay! The second large balcony off the living room offers another comfortable outdoor space to relax; with an additional large table and chairs. Although this is a third floor walk-up, the views are well worth it! This is a great mid-town location within walking distance of many of Ocean City’s finest restaurants. The beach is less than two blocks away and a easy walk across the street. There are no high rise buildings in this part of OC and therefore the beach is always far less crowed than other areas. There are two assigned parking spots for the unit. There is an outdoor shower for your convenience after a fun day at the beach. This is a wonderful location where you will truly enjoy the peace and serenity of the bay after a full day of exploring all that Ocean City has to offer!

****Please note - we do not provide linens. Please bring your own bed sheets and towels. As an alternative, there are linen rental companies available throughout OC****

Family Gathering

Traveled to a family reunion in Berlin. OCM provided a great location to enjoy family members and beach time. Jude’s place was fantastic. It provided the ultimate location to recharge after all the fun activities enjoyed with family. I would highly recommend this location and would rebook again. Thank you Jude for a wonderful stay.

Birthday Weekend

We absolutely adored staying on the property. Jude is an awesome person, answered all of our questions, and always responded to emails in a timely manner. I loved the balcony looking onto the water, I felt like I was on a cruise!!! The place was very clean and homely! I will definitely visit again and try to stay a little longer.

Fantastic in every way!

2 couples stayed to meet a large group of friends and family staying area. Condo was just perfect for 2 couples with plenty of space. Super well equipped! Great communication with owner. Wonderful location and close to everything! We've already booked same places for next year! Highly recommend!

Fantastic Condo in OC

We really enjoyed staying in this space! It was bayfront and had amazing views of the bay and sunsets. It was close to the beach as well, with ample beach gear provided. Jude was a fabulous host and was welcoming and responsive. The condo was clean and we had more than enough room as a family of 4. Thank you Jude!

Home away from home

Nice, quiet, and relaxing condo in Ocean City that made you feel like you were at home. We were close enough that the drive to the board walk only took 10 min, but still had beautiful bay views, quiet evenings, could walk to the beach, and were close enough to everything else (mini golf, ice cream, restaurants, grocery stores) that made this honestly feel like a hidden gem tucked in Ocean City. The owners were also great and responsive to any of our questions. Definitely great escape for families to have fun and make some memories.

Loved this place!

My boyfriend and I stayed here and when we first walked in we were impressed by the spectacular views from the living area and balconies. If you are into birding, there are many water birds out in the marshes to see! The entire condo was immaculate, and the kitchen was well appointed with dishes, pots and pans, spices, etc.--everything you need. The two deck boxes are loaded with beach equipment including many chairs, wagons, a cooler, beach toys, umbrella, games. Excellent communication with the host who had suggestions on activities and checked in to make sure all was well. The place exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay again.

Excellent Experience

The condo was amazing! It had everything we needed plus more. The deck outside the master bedroom was my favorite. I could quietly relax when I needed the time with an amazing view. The place was very neat and very accommodating. There was a variety of games to play, WiFi, space to eat inside/outside, washer/dryer
very well equipped. The stairs to the condo was the small challenge, but We looked at it as our form of exercise each day. I would definitely recommend and would definitely choose this place again! Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Beach vacation

We were in DC for a few days and couldn’t go home without a stop at the beach. Owners were so flexible with our arrival time and prompt with all responses to help make the stay pleasant. We wish we had more time as the location was ideal. One block walk to the beach. We crossed right at the road as lights turn red it is a very easy cross. Views from two balconies were so beautiful. The beach chairs were great for the adults as kids played in the waves. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. If you are in the midst of travel and do not have linens/towels like us, TJMaxx was down the road and did accommodate us with a variety of items we took home after the trip. Prices of linens were reasonable. Although we did not use them on this trip there were plenty of cooking utensils and pots/pans if you want to cook your own meals. Grocery store close by. Area is quiet and family friendly. Smoke free environment made trip much more enjoyable for us. Lots of good food places around to try. Many within walking distance. We hope to stay again in the future!

Jude’s condo is perfectly located for a great Ocean City beach vacation. The views of the bay are unmatched and the condo has two comfortable spots to enjoy a drink while watching the sunset. The beach, stores, restaurants and activities are all a short walk or drive away. Plus, the house is stocked with everything you need. Jude is a fantastic host, checking in to make sure everything is OK and giving great recommendations about OC.

I am picky and thought this was a great place!

Our family of 6 stayed at Jude's place. The location was great. There were 2 parking spots which was ideal. The kitchen and living room area is spacious to prep food and hang out. The views from both balconies are beautiful. I love that there are two full bathrooms. Decor is up to date and so is the upkeep and overall maintenance of this condo. It is by far the best place our family has stayed and we have been coming to OCMD for over 20 years. It felt very homie.

This was an excellent vacation! The condo was beautiful and comfortable for 6 friends to stay in. There were beach chairs, a beach cart and other beach supplies available to use. Overall the condo was very clean and comfortable!

An AMAZING place to stay in Ocean City

I have been coming to Ocean City ever since I was a kid, but this might have been one of the best stays ever. Jude's condo is fantastic. It's located in a perfect mid-town area, so everything you want to see and do is either walkable or just a short drive away. The condo itself has enough room for everyone to spread out, with two balconies that give stunning views of the bay (especially at sunset.) The kitchen is well stocked and gave us the ability to cook several meals. One of the best parts was the communication with Jude. He checked in several times to see if we needed anything. He also had GREAT recommendations about places to visit. Overall, this was one of the best places I have ever stayed in Ocean City. Thanks Jude!

Beautiful condo/perfect location!

My girlfriends and I stayed here for our annual beach trip and this condo was absolutely perfect! The views are amazing!! The place was very clean, and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. It was quiet in the neighborhood and in perfect distance to multiple restaurants & bars. We would absolutely love to stay here again! Also, the host was very responsive and helpful.

Great short visit!

We were in town for a very short 2 night stay for a soccer tournament. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the condo, but it was clean, well appointed, convenient to anything we needed, and the marsh/bayside views are beautiful. The building was quiet (even during what felt like a popular senior beach week) and parking was easy. Hosts were communicative, NOT overbearing, and seemed available/willing to handle any issues had they arose. They communicated in advance with the information we needed and set the door code to a code of our preference making ‘check-in’ as easy as humanly possible; show up, enter your chosen code, walk-in. Thanks!
