Hornets Trip

Drove 4 hours to CLT, stayed here for 3 nights to attend 2 games at Spectrum Center. Walked to venue and had great dinner on the way there on West 5th. Already considering new game dates and this property.

Perfect location!

This condo is in the perfect location to walk to restaurants and events. Check in was easy with great directions for accessing the parking garage and condo. Communication about a problem with the entry gate was answered in a timely way. The bed is very comfortable and the condo has a great layout. We had problems with the shower but they were resolved. Condo needs a little attention to finishing details but overall a great place to stay.

Great spot for exploring Charlotte

Location is great! Easy walk to everything (and a nice coffee shop across the street). Check in was easy and the space was as described. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and super helpful host!!

My husband and I stayed here for a week! The host was super helpful with the booking process. The location with absolutely perfect! Walking distance to all major events. Charlotte is beautiful. Response from host was quick and answered all my questions. I was really impressed on communication during our stay. I'm even recommending this place to my sister in law for her family. I will definitely book here again.

Fall Break

The check-in process was super easy and the directions were perfect. The condo is located in a great location and is easy to get to where ever you need to go in Charlotte. This was our 4th stop during our fall break and it was the perfect final stop. The condo is just as pictured. We would highly recommend.

Condo @CLT

We were in town for one night for a concert at Bank of America Stadium. While there we walked to a nice restaurant and grabbed a coffee at the corner coffeehouse, both places were nice. I communicated with the host the day before when I had questions about proximity to the stadium. They offered an early check-in that was so nice! I was in contact with them during our stay and they always answered promptly. Directions for parking an entering the property were all communicated nicely. The condo was about a 15 min walk to Bank of America Stadium. I felt very safe with my 2 teenage girls walking there and home. Lots of concert goers were also walking with us almost the whole way. The condo felt safe in downtown. Safely measures were there getting in the building and up to the 3rd floor condo. I would definitely stay there again!

Rented this condo for one night for a concert, it was a great stay. Only issue I had with the place was having to check in so late in the day ( no earlier than 4 p.m.) Other than the late check in time the condo was in good walking distance to the concert venue and the bars and restaurants in the area.

Great Place and Location

The home is right off the expressway in uptpwn Charlotte and very easy to get there no matter where you're coming from. Everything in Charlotte is close and downtown just steps away. Very roomy for a 1 bedroom unit and the pull out couches are perfect to cuddle and watch movies. Parking is included in a parking deck located under the building. The deck is very tight and ceiling low so if you have a huge van or pick up truck that is raised, you might not be able to park in the deck. We had a regular Ram 1500 but if we had a sprinter Van with a raised ceiling or 4x4 with lifts, we would not have been able to park in the deck. Communicating with the host was fast and easy as we were a day late due to unexpected circumstance. We wanted to make sure we stayed the time we expected to stay and our wonderful host was able to extend our visit which was much appreciated. I would recommend staying here if you're looking for a convenient location to everything Charlotte has to offer.

Perfect for a football game.

Place is in with in walking distance of Bank of America stadium. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was perfect for the meals we cooked. It met our expectations. Loved they had smart TVs.

Amazing!

We stayed here solely for the proximity to a concert we were going to, but ended up loving the condo much more than we thought. It was nice, clean, a great location, on site parking, and we felt really safe the whole time we were there.

Perfect location near everything (Uptown area).

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and found this location quite convenient for all of our Uptown shenanigans. I would recommend bringing your own white towels and wash clothes if you prefer to use those verse the colored ones provided. I personally like to smell the Clorox/bleach in my towels and wash clothes knowing that someone else previously could have used them. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely rebook again!
