A very quaint older home, tastefully updated and decorated. Our stay was very comfortable. We were visiting family in town and only spent nights at the house. We had everything we needed.

The house is adorable and very comfortable EXCEPT for the bathroom. It is very small… strongly recommend some kind of remodel or modification.

Our stay was good. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. The a/c worked great. My only complaint is the small bathroom. Ive come to Powell to visit my daughter a few times and this is where we stay everytime.

Home Away from Home

Our stay was great. I really appreciated having a washer and dryer to use. The yard was way over grown when we arrived but got mowed the next day.

Review

Our stay in the house was very pleasant. The house is clean, accommodating and convenient! However, the yard could use some extra care.

Loved this place. I travelled to visit my daughter at the local college. There was room in the living room for an air mattress so she stayed there with me. My little dog felt so comfortable there she actuate, which she never does when we travel. Nice yard to walk our dog and friendly neighborhood.

It’s a pretty, cozy, and CLEAN little house. Easy access to everything. Very generously supplied with everything a traveler could possibly want. Abit shy on closet space and a tiny bathroom, however, more than we excepted and just what we needed!

A Title

It could have used a little more cleaning. (Fan by bed and wash cloth on floor by front door, also front door- door mat), but overall, it was fine and quaint.

Farmhouse Vibes

The house was small but comfortable. Had an unexpected problem caused by a power outage. The problem was not major and was taken care of in good time. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed Powell and having a warm house to return to each day.

Small Cottage, Big Charm

We loved the location. The place could have been super charming but lacked a few essentials for us. A tiny bathroom that is uncomfortable if you would need more space for leg room and elbow room. The furnace pilot light was on so we had to run the AC units all the time, otherwise overnight we could have got by with a fan. Otherwise not bad.

Family visit

Property was ok, not happy with management company. It had a &75 cleaning fee and our checkout instructions said to strip the bed, do laundry of towels and sheets, dishes and take out trash. That is what the 75 was for. Won’t go back to their client. Hotel next time.
