Living space
This entire single-level home sits on 1.5 fenced acres and is designed for groups to spread out while still feeling connected. Inside, the open living area features high-beamed ceilings, a large sectional, a recliner, and a 65-inch HDTV for relaxed movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. Central air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, and thoughtful family-friendly touches make the home comfortable year-round. A dedicated children’s playroom with toys, books, and games adds a welcoming space for younger guests, while a dedicated workspace provides a quiet spot to log in when needed.

Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to nine guests across three bedrooms and additional sleeping space. Two king beds and three twin beds offer flexible arrangements, and a queen pull-out sofa in the detached game room provides extra room to rest. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening blinds are provided throughout for comfortable nights.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay, with stainless steel Samsung appliances and everything you need for everyday cooking. Coffee is easy to enjoy in the mornings, and shared meals can be enjoyed together with dining space that looks out over the yard. Laundry with a washer and dryer is available in the garage for added convenience on longer stays.

Outdoor living and entertainment
Step outside to enjoy the private backyard and pool view, with a private outdoor pool(not heated) available all year. The screened lanai offers a comfortable place to gather, while the yard includes a fire pit, outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, and a gas BBQ grill. Just steps away, the detached, climate-controlled game room features a pool table, arcade games, a game console, life-size games, and a TV, making it a favorite hangout for all ages.

Family and pet-friendly features
Henry’s Hideaway is pet-friendly and set up with families in mind. Baby gear is available upon request, including a crib, pack ’n play, and high chair, along with safety gates, outlet covers, and children’s dinnerware. The home includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, and exterior security cameras for peace of mind. We do not put a limit on the number of dogs people can have…We state 2 but are open to more depending on breed (training).
